Find options.

Make history. Use change to make life better. Think outside the box because there is no box.

Turn dead ends into revolving doors.

Using your senses is the difference between walking into a bakery with a stuffed nose or entering because you smell something good. Sensual thinking puts you in ‘the zone.’ Access is 24/7. Feel the edge. Options = opportunity.

Recognize options by thinking with your senses. Choose to notice what you see, hear, taste, touch and smell and to discover a refreshed feeling of presence. Simple sensual connections connect with your heart. That's why what you sense is the link that lifts your spiritA new option can be a game changer.

When jammed or bored, fine-tune your senses to discover what’s missing.
Lucky breaks and setbacks both provide new perspectives. Dead ends are signals to try something new. If you don’t know what to do at a dead end, then wait. Use patience like a power tool - to check out what you sense. A new option will appear. It’s all part of change. As you think with your senses and feel with your mind, timing gets better.

Taking advantage of new options isn't always simple. Choosing new options for old problems is like changing a haircut that’s out of style. It’s worth the effort and you feel great

Sometimes a new option is uncomfortable. Anger and old scars are roadblocks built by fear. Be bold. Let go of what doesn’t move you forward. You can't change the past but you can learn from it. President John F. Kennedy said, “Forgive your enemies, but never forget their names.”  That works for me.

Learning from the past means you don’t have to repeat it.The person in control of your future is you. The future is ours to create. The first rule of intuitive thinking is to protect yourself. Let your inner light shine.  Intuition is the foundation of your survival instinct.
“Forgiveness does not change the past, but it does enlarge the future.” ~ Paul Boe

Think sensually to find original answers to your questions. There are new solutions and opportunities everywhere. Share ideas. Take control by staying responsible for your choices.

Sensual thinking is a power tool for change. Thinking with your senses defies old options, and feeling with your mind clarifies how things fit together. Tune into the future with a solid foundation of intuitive attitudes like courage, dignity, curiosity or patience to expose your unlimited potential. You will love the journey.

We need to work together to be the best we can be. Use today to tune-in, love, and live your dream. If it doesn’t happen one way, find a new option. Be dignified. Be passionate. Never give up.

    Taking Back The Future

Our responsibility is to heal our planet and ourselves.

Every person and every form of Life matters. We are taking back the future.

We breathe the same air and drink same water. That makes us globally one. As we work together to heal our planet, we heal ourselves. Nature’s lessons and our future, is about balance.

We need to think differently.  The way  is to collaborate and communicate with mutual respect and shared values. Greed and suffering throw us and our planet out of balance . It takes courage, dignity, tenacity and curiosity  to bring change.

Gratitude for our planet and all the life it sustains is a good beginning. Intuitive values we share like dignity and courage form a collective moral force bringing us balance we need.

Sensual thinking is the simplicity of what we sense, the honesty of what we feel and the anchor of what we know from experience
    • Our senses keeps us aware of choices
    • Intuition guides us to recognize the bigger perspective and experience long-term satisfaction.
    • Balancing innovation with experience keeps us in the groove of change.
Change is  normal. Staying in step with change is done by staying clear about what does not change. Our ability to feel what is right does not change. In a crisis, everyone intuitively feels courage, dignity, patience, curiosity, determination, prudence, foresight, tenacity, grace and self-control in order to do what is right. When we do what's right, we are never alone.

With over 300,000 people showing courage and tenacity by attending the Climate Change march this weekend in NYC, we are past barriers of invisibility. Around the world there are cries to heal our planet. We can be braver. We are evolving with an attitude of unity for our planet. Our lifeline is intuitive.  Our shared sense of right and wrong is transparent communication.

    Sensing justice and truth
crosses all age and cultural boundaries. Courage and curiosity are our flexible, cohesive foundation for working together for the greater good. We already think with our senses to know what's present and feel with our minds to know what's right.
Working together we are taking back the future.

    Compassion and Family

    Compassion. We all need it.

Compassion is a kind of heart powered magic that we each have inside. It keeps us strong.

To have a healthy world and healthy family,  notice hunger - your own and that of others. Everywhere there is hunger for compassion, humor and faith. We are a global family.
People in our family are hungry for food, basic education and personal freedom.

How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in your life you will have been all of these. ~George Washington Carver

Compassion makes us champions of the world. As I write this, I'm nibbling on delicious chocolate from Alter Eco. This company is founded on the concept of compassion through global family that includes the family of rainforests and families of farmers they work with. This is all of us.

Global warming reminds of when we get a fever. If we ignore it, and it just gets worse, it means we're sick. It's possible that our planet is not just warming, it's potentially dying. We are its family. To survive, we have to be compassionate. There are many ways to work together to heal the planet. Choose one and participate. You will feel the connection in your heart. You might get a dose of amazement.

Compassion teaches us how to thrive with change. Be a champion of our world.

    Hear the truth.

Take A Walk On The Wild Side

Image result for ostrich with head in the sand photoI purchased a JBL bluetooth speaker. The packaging said: Hear The Truth. It sounds easy. The catch 22 is, we have to listen with our mind, heart and ears to hear it. We have to be bold.
The truth is powerful, whether we acknowledge it or not. It's not always pleasant, but it always opens doors to answers. Don't bury your head in the sand.

Truth is clear to see, hear, taste, touch and smell. As you think with your senses, stress loses its power and it's easier to be bold.  Our senses hold no emotional charge. They tell it like it is.
Tuning-in to the truth puts us in the fast lane of living. Feeling the truth is taking a walk on the wild side of reality. It's being brave enough to live fully, knowing mystery and passion are part of the adventure. It's living with no fear.

Truth is part innocence and part passion. Passion is innocence that is tattooed to your soul. Innocence is a private, inner free zone that connects with our dreams. Every person is born with a dream. Stay in touch with yours. It's determination to get the truth heard.

The simplicity of what we sense, the honesty of what we feel, and the anchor of what we know from experience, keeps us vibrant. Staying 'real' keeps us in sync with change in our lives. It's having the edge.

The syllabus of Living is all about the truth. Every time has its own challenges; just like every generation has its own language for saying what's real. We stay "young", "hip", "cool", "chill", 'synced', etc. when we hear truth.  Everyone can access what's true. Ignoring it doesn't make it go away. It makes us ostriches.

Between what we sense and what we know, is a bridge of connections. The foundation of every bridge that leads to happiness is truth.
    Hear the truth.
Take a Walk On The Wild side with Lou Reed and have fun!
I purchased some plastic keys for a toddler that came with a tiny book of innocent and empowering truth from children. Listen for it:
    • "You know what? Not all dreams come true. But that's okay because you can always make new dreams." Katie, 4yrs and the book says, B. confident.
      • Children remind us to be happy for no reason.
    • "Hey, look! All I need are some rose tops and I'll have roses!" Ryan, 5yrs after finding a bunch of rose stems on the ground, and the book says, B. optimistic.
      • Children are always industrious.
    • Son: "Do you get younger as I get older?"  Mom: "No, we both just get older." Son:" Hmmm.. Well, then where was I before I was here?" Sebastian, 2yrs and the book says B. curious.
      • Never give up.
