Mainlining Enthusiasm

Step with care and great tact, and remember that life’s a great balancing act.#DrSeuss

Balance brings a lightness of being. We are stirred by intuitive courage to celebrate and recalibrate Life!

We are born with courage mainlining our natural enthusiasm. That's how we're meant to live. Life is an insanely great adventure.

Our days are exciting, demanding and rewarding. Having it all is not what we anticipate and much more than we imagine.  It's a balancing act where the unexpected and impossible happen. Pressures and expectations often create stress and fears.

Sensual thinking keeps us grounded. By noticing what we see, hear, taste, touch and feel, our emotional balance and reason are renewed. Thinking with all 6 senses is vibrant living.

You are full of Light. Courage balanced by curiosity is a ritual of renewal that teaches us who we are. Courage mainlines enthusiasm. Practice courage. It's exciting. We learn there are things more important in life than fear.

Courage and curiosity are intuitive reasoning. Intuitive reasoning is bluntly firm because that’s the way the truth is. Nothing is more powerful than the truth. When stress sends up red-flags, tune-in to what you sense is honorable and true. You will will find options. Sometimes it feels right to hold back. Sometimes it feels good to fit in.

Thinking with 6 senses naturally resets expectations and timing so that 'pressure' becomes a guide with priorities in focus. Our senses take cues from streams of change and rhythms of living. The senses have two purposes: (1) bring us pleasure and (2) protect our choices. It's simple.

You have the power to be authentic and to thrive. Intuitive values like courage, curiosity and dignity are transparent sensual filters of truth. There are no judgment calls. Instead, by trusting what we sense, balance happens and we fit together.

Trusting guidelines you sense brings inner calm and personal understanding. It's mainlining courage. Sensing always reconnects us with a bigger picture. It's excitement. Wonder and awe will surprise you as answers you need appear.

Courage is uplifting like music and transparent like sunlight

Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.

We always stand on someone’s shoulders. Courage is calm and dignified like Dallas Police Chief, David Brown.

Recognize courage in others and we catch the spark. People who trust their inner courage like Martin Luther King, Beyonce and Nelson Mandela inspire dignified courage in us. We need our heroes.

Intuition is grounding common sense that everyone has. It's the natural stress-buster that transcends fears and prejudice and sidesteps hypocrisy and doubts. Courage is intuitive dignity and personal commitment that doesn’t need to be justified. It is solid ground.

Peace is power. Our common inner drive for balance and justice keeps us together. To destroy seeds of hypocrisy and blow-off prejudice in our world, blind it with the light of your inner courage.

Invisible Attraction

Jane Bernard

The human soul must be free. Recognizing and using sensual thinking keeps us independent. Rhythms and momentum of being are the invisible attraction to the dance of Life. The attaction is easy to feel.

Intuition opens the big picture and we fine tune it with our 5 senses. The attraction is strong. Tune-in to your beautiful spirit. Make direct contact with the Light at the end of the tunnel. Let's dance together.

Intuitive independence means leaving behind dogma and doubt. It's a commitment to what's genuine. Tune-out stress and tune-in to your potential. It's impossible to confuse your 6th sense. Learn to see what matters and hear what you need to honor yourself. Let me teach you how to do it. Be authentic. Let your spirit soar.

What’s on your mind? Together we can do anything! Choose to exit the matrix, understand boundaries and make connections. Be liberated from what doesn't serve you. Let's talk about loveBeing authentic is the only way to have a fulfilled, healthy, meaningful life. Freedom is not just another word.

Let's talk about freedom. People all over are looking for a liberating perspective. Freedom is an open mind and clear conscience. Intuitive tools like courage, dignity and curiosity keep that happening.

Independence means honoring self-worth. It's a good feeling. We all are 'coming out' in some way. We struggle with the system, loved ones and ourselves. Intuitive thinking the organic way we protect and power ourself forward with purpose. The invisible attraction to intuitive thinking is authentic. You sense more than you realize. Coming out and living openly aren’t something you do once, or even for one year. It’s a journey that we make every single day of our lives.. It is brave to live openly and authentically.#Human Rights Campaign
