The Power of Innocence

Innocence speaks the language of the naked truth.

It is our connection with courage and change.

Severn Cullis-Suzuki is an environmental activist who gave this speech at the UN Earth Summit of 1992, when she was only 12 years old.  Listen to it. Feel the passion of innocence.

Because innocence is hard-wired to what feels like truth, it drives our passions. The truth renews us. Passion is personal. Passion and truth power us to meet challenges of communicating and change.

Innocence is awareness tuned to intuition that keeps in touch with the present. Today, we are resetting the moral compass. Things are changing. Social transformation is a reflection of the way we treat ourselves, each other and our planet

Innocence we are born with keeps us reminds us who we are. It has the power to keep us true to our hearts where natural passion drives change. We can thrive and unfold in harmony with the times. By sensing our own innocence, we stay aware of the bigger picture. Everyone is part of the big picture.

Think with your senses to notice what's happening. Feel with your mind to notice  what makes sense. Stay in step with change. Stay in step with Now.

Everyone has a private, inner free zone, an intuitive channel to courage and passion. Every person is born with a dream. Stay in touch with yours. Never give up.

It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change. ~ Darwin
Innocence flames your passions. Think with your senses. Feel with your mind. Be free. The inner power of innocence constantly resets your drive to thrive.  Innocence embraces change.
CHANGE
C - is creative, challenging and constant. We are all part of it.
H - happens naturally without our permission. Being part of it unites us.
A - is adapting and action, just as breathing and loving are part of adapting and living.
N - brings new answers, opportunities and solutions through the innocent creativity of an open mind.
E -is everywhere, every day for everyone.

F.Scott Fitzgerald wrote, “I don’t want to repeat my innocence, I want the pleasure of losing it again.”

The (R)evolution

"Revolution is not a onetime event."~A. Lorde

We are shedding a past gutted with strife and greed to dance forward with change. By embracing challenges with heart, body, mind and soulnatural evolution towards collaboration, transparent communication and celebration of creativity for the common good is in front of us. We are evolving. The past is history. Today is opportunity.

Thought (r)evolution keeps us curious. It feels right. We fine-tune our lives while
riding the crest of change. We are resetting the moral compass, connecting with character and over-riding dogma to turn a page in history.

Intuition spikes natural dignity. Todays (r)evolution is a blend of hard earned-wisdom from the past 2000 years with the tech driven effervescent opportunities pinging through our world today. We sense a constant reality check clarifying values and boundaries that connect us. Evolving a mode of global collaboration for the greatest good. means, celebrating our differences by trusting what we have in common.

Be sensible. Talk less and sense more. Sensing enhances what is natural and flexible. It's so simple, we don't realize we do it. Sensing tunes into momentum. It's refreshing, exciting and grounding to
ride with change.

Sensual thinking is common sense - evolutionary way to communicate.

Sensual connections celebrate natural creativity and love. Sensing is how we protect ourselves and make safe choices. With intuition, there are no cultural boundaries or dogma. Like water, change is everywhere. It morphs and serves our lives. Stay curious and dignified. Communicate by tuning into self-respect, courage and grace. Affirm your inner character.

Everything cultural and natural changes. Even versions of "the truth" go in and out of fashion. Tuning to what's relevant like love, good health and smart choices, is powerful. Thinking with your senses and feeling with your mind reinforces your part of the biggest picture. Sensual thinking highlights courage and dignity in your mind. It's common sense to evolve for the greater good.

Last night, I was at a classic NYC party honoring photographer Lucien Clergue,  known for his erotic, elegant, playful photographs. He’s 90 and the event was full of interesting people, including a man who introduced himself as in “mergers and acquisitions”. When I said that the industrial age was dead, he became offended, reminding me that equipment we use today is from the industrial age. He was hung up on words and a small picture of whats happening. The DOGMA that created the industrial age is no longer relevant. And thanks to computer technology, a lot of the equipment isn't either.

Be in tune with change and relevant choices. New possibilities emerge every day. By changing how you think. you will effectively deal with personal and global issues in new ways. Sensual thinking is not memorizing answers; it's recognizing answers in the context of important personal and global values and change.

Rely on intuitive values you trust and you can think clearly and with natural courage when you sense stress.  It takes dignity to push open doors to a new Humanitarian Age. Thought evolution is cool.
