Think about healing.

We are here to help each other get  through this thing, 

whatever it is. 

And when we do, it will be great. Change is not a choice. Transformation depends on timing. Our world needs to transform. It's time to think about healing.

Be kind.

Kindness can push through confusion, sorrow and pain. It is the bridge of compassion. Use kindness to sense the way things are coming together. Do what feels honorable and smart. Be open to insights. Healing brings change.

Share your smile. Lifting others makes our burden lighter.  Like social distancing, compassion is being kind without invading someone else's privacy. Kindness is dignity. We are all part of the solution. Speak the truth. For healing we must be good to each other and ourselves. 

The impossible is happening and we are forever different. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Courage, dignity and patience are powerful intuitive tools that activate answers.  

When you're falling, dive – then spread your wings and embrace your new perspective. You are stronger than you know.

It takes a  lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and the exciting. In movement there is life, and in change, there is power. #AlanCohen

Do you have food, water, a home, love? Focus on what you have, not what's missing. Time is our tool, our gift and our challenge. KISS THE SKY

We are wired for self-repair. 

An intuitive nudge is the insight that answers to a highest power. When your mind gets jammed, listen to your gut. 

Intuition is perspective that keeps Life in focus.  Sometimes it's time to take a break, and kiss the sky.

We have purpose, destiny and distractions. There is too much stress and unjust suffering. Don't tune out. Distractions force us to choose what matters. 

The past is in ruins but the present is still in play. Notice what you sense. Be open to alternatives and realities. Life is an amazing gift.

 Stress drives us to withdraw into programmed corners of our mind. That's how we lose enthusiasm or forget to laugh at ourselves. Remember to live. Represent love. 

Side-effects of stress shut down sensuality. It jams our mind so much, we ignore the gentle kiss of sunlight or don’t feel the wind’s intimate touch on the tender skin beneath our ears. Stress shuts down the pleasures and power of curiosity. Rise above the side effects and kiss the sky. Let clouds drift by.

We live fully by helping each other. Letting people in and working together,strengthens lights of compassion along the path of love. Greatness is never solitary.

Everything changes except the kiss of soul that stirs our blood. 

Good health, safety, love, dreams, responsibilities, the unknown, the unknowable, the freedom to choose...all of it changes.  Life is utter magic. Joy found in freedom is the excitement of power and the balance of  self-control that keeps priorities in focus.

Kindness is the highest form of wisdom. Be kind. Destiny is best to meet with eyes, ears, mind and heart wide open. Being  in sync with values is the path of destiny. 

Celebrate. 

Purpose can be elusive. We have to search to sense it. You know how you feel. Every morning there's a new dawn, a new day, a new choice. Feel good. Like the wind, like rivers, like time, life flows. Everything changes.

Don't lose yourself in the swirl of paranoia or prejudice. These poisons age us. Curiosity is the secret fountain of youth that keeps options open. It's the skill of an open mind you were born with. Magic and miracles happen quickly and are easy to miss. Keep the doors open.

Don't lose yourself. 

 Stress and fear are suckers that burrow under our skin. Protect yourself. Take a stand for fairness, dignity and compassion. Be uncompromisingly honest with yourself. Protect your skin. 

Protect your health by washing your hands often. Protect your mind by letting go of anger.

Be present. 

The only way out is through. Choose to be way better off. Use today to take action that feels dignified and generous. Every choice impacts goals you have set for yourself. Don't get distracted from your values by what doesn't feel good.

The age of change rubs against our legs like hunger or something sexy and we adapt. Change drives us to act. Responding with integrity is smart. Personal integrity is personal freedom. If stress pushes you to act, talk to your heart first to find courage and kindness. Ask for help from yourself.

Light

Love-letter.

Perhaps light is a love-letter from the universe.  It's possible. 

The orgasm of light is an flash of focus, that like love, wakes us with its own language. Shadows and rainbows up the ante.

No one is alone in the light. 

When light changes, which it always does – boundaries shift, surprising everyone who takes the light for granted. Don't be that person. 

Crystal.

Imagine you are a crystal, but not perfect. You are beautiful, complex, raw and smooth as silk. Light shines through your crystal eyes, mouth, heart and soul. The light merges to be a point in time. Intuition is that point. It is the shine of passion and self-respect.

Intuition is a joyous soul-infusion that awakens and embraces you with rhythm and purpose. The focus can feel restless if you ignore it. Don’t waste your light. Today will never come again. Your crystal self is a collaboration  of heart, mind and soul tuned to love and justice.

Light conducts the sacred music. We taste love before opening our lips and feel light with eyes closed. I cannot stop talking about love. Love and light are untouchable and in air we breathe. Love-letters are everywhere.

Purpose.

Purpose lights our dreams and ambitions. The light is flexible and generous. Exceed expectations. Your heart wants you to be happy.

Life along the yellow brick road we dance without a map navigating between right and wrong. Without being asked, courage shows up, graceful like a knight or a princess, in shining armor.  We feel it like a friend.

We sense courage from the heart. Sensuality is enchanting. Curiosity is a noble passion and courage is pure sole-dignity. You have it all. 

Like a crystal in the moonlight, there's a glow  of change that's everywhere. Like a love affair that's over, pollitics has lost its' luster.  Pull back the curtain. 

Politics, like a sleight of hand, draws attention away from what really matters. Pull back the curtain and see what real. 

Today's needs are about humanity. 

 

Touch life like an angel. 

Moral courage lives in every heart. These are wild times. There is a new dynamic. Everything and everyone is getting rebalanced. Courage feels like passion. Mostly passion is soul. Trust your soul. Courage is dignity that only exists in the moment. Let yourself feel it.

Across time people have wondered, who am I,  “I am that I am,” the voice answered. Listen deeply to your heart, body and soul. Life is amazing. You have the spark of courage. It is a firm and gentle touch.

Love fans twin flames of connection and compassion. Dignity is power. Along the path of transformation, the road is lit. Sensing turns apathy to empathy. Keep your eyes, ears, mind and spirit tuned to courage. Thriving is the skill of navigation. Time 4 Change?

Are you getting a nudge that you need change? Stealth pressure for change – like boredom or stress – is intuition driving you to break out of a rut. They call it "woman's intuition" but everybody has it.



The feminine inside us is peaceful, persuasive sensuality. It's the source of self-control and confidence. Our feminine mind stays tuned to transitions that bring ecstasy. 

Everyone has private passions. 

Intuitive radar is sensual focus – spontaneously seeing and feeling.

Sensuality is effortless energy that is the magic bullet of soul. It's passion that focuses the need for change. Even when we ignore it, passion drives us. 

Women and men equally radiate an earthy blend of sex and sensuality. The feminine inside us uses that energy to sense power choices to make life smoother. Intuition is a consistent problem solver. 

Emotional energy fires our thinking demanding attention. Everyone uses the gentle power of sensual thinking to ground and focus passions, and to sense potential. Intuition drives smart choices..

In the past people said, "It's a man's world." In that world a traditionally aggressive male style was admired. That has changed. Since the 60's we've been talking about the power of love. Loving uses both sides of our brain to stay synced with emotion, mind, body and spirit. Love changes everything. 

The intuitive drive to reach for dreams, find love and know happiness is tuned to change. It's whole mind thinking. Intuition focuses what you know from experience with what you feel in your heart to fully sense the present. Everyone has intuition.

Intuitive thinking is cellular multi-tasking. Women generally exceed men doing this. The male mind is known for its laser focus. The female mind is known for its stealth sensory insights. Put them together and that's you. The masculine and the feminine are inside all of us.

Self-control leads to healthy change. 

I heard Tony Robbin's talk about training the mind for confidence. He talked about shouting and using abrupt physical movements associated with the words to program the brain. The fact is whispering is as effective as shouting and it takes the same amount of self-control. 

Abrupt movements are rough, like a bull in a china shop. They are also rigid. Gentle movements, like tapping your forehead, or taking several long deep in and out breaths speak clearly to the reasoning side of your brain. You don’t need to be rough to be smart. Often success means being flexible in how you think. 

Train your mind to be a stronger wiser more heroic version of yourself both physically and spiritually. Be unrecognizable. Sensual thinking is tuning into the feminine mind you are born with. Just like woman often use their male mind, men can access intuition to use stealthy ways to create change.

Change is how we learn who we are. 

The human skill of reinvention is the art of survival. You are magic. Follow change that makes your spirit strong. Be free. When you sense a 'drain', it's smart to go the opposite way. Go with laughter, kindness, justice and love. Merge with companions and be a guardian of truth.   #janebernard
