Looking For Answers

If you thought you were stressed 4 weeks ago...LOL

It's a new world.  We are the change.

The stress is real. We're handling it with incredible dignity and grace.  I am proud to be a New Yorker. There's an elegance behind the masks. People everywhere are adapting with kindness and courage. There is a calm peace. A kind of bravery is happening as we work together through social distancing for the greater good.

This an astounding time of collective appreciation for being alive. We are adaptingThe need to protect our world has brought fresh appreciation for good health and each other.  Common sense is kicking in. We're thinking about healing, asking new questions and looking for answers.

Reality is an eye-opener.

Our courageous army, our jewel is every hospital worker, working the front lines, saving lives. The conditions – the lack of basic supplies like masks and beds – is a scathing reflection of the greed and vanity that a month ago, was the daily grind. Greed, like COVID-19 is an invisible virus everywhere that we can't see. But, we're seeing it now.

The stress of COVID-19 and struggles with the system are real. People delivering mail and food and keeping life's brightening services going, are stoic, thankful and awesome. People are beautiful.

Those who are healthy, have food and a place to sleep – know we are lucky. There's a sense of gratitude that is stronger than stress. Eyes and minds, wide open for safety and hope, are facing the sun. We know what we have to do.

The present is where the answers are.

Every heart beats a cosmic rhythm. Remember to feel some love. Your disciplined heart is constantly tuned to happiness. Listen, and trust it. Sensing truth with courage and dignity keeps the present in focus. Smile more to refresh your wild, stressed mind. Connect with faith in joy you can sense. Breathe deeply and slowly in and out, twice. Answers you need will come.

Survival is practical.

It's not negative or judgmental. Deepest needs are obvious. Let go of demands you put on yourself. Instead, to connect with new answers, focus on what you sense with your body, mind and heart

Empathy opens the window to soul.  We're feeling it. There is a new sense to protect all life.  Despite social distancing, we're sharing global values and private dreams. With dignity and self-control, we're working together solving problems and challenges.

Intuitive thinking.

Sensing timing or danger, is intuitive thinking. Our gut feeling is foresight that answers responsibilities and balances priorities. It's determination that points to opportunity, beauty and love.  What you see, hear, taste, touch and smell keeps the present in focus. Change is everywhere, every moment.

Whether you're looking for answers outside yourself or in your beautiful heart, you're adapting and transforming. Everybody's looking for answers. Some ways to dispel the stress and get down to what matters are:

  • Talk less, sense more. Do what feels honorable.
  • Really taste your food. It's keeping you healthy.
  • Listen to music. Feel it relax your whole body.
  • Notice Mother Nature. Watch the sky. Look for signs of Spring. It's exciting.
  • Dance by yourself or with your family.
  • Be silly.  Tell jokes. Laughter activates protective immune cells.
  • Be kind to yourself. You are loved.

Life is great.

Start a conversation.

Start a conversation.

Open dialog to focus on where we are, what we need and innovative ways to make the world a better place for all life. Lead with your powerful soul. Leaders and lovers bring out the best in others. You are a leader. Be passionate and gentle. Be a lover.

Lead by example. Use determination to sense curiosity, dignity and accountability in yourself and others. Be tenacious. Respect the nimble courageous voice of your heart.  Dignity and justice are calls of integrity. Nothing is more powerful. We never know how strong we are until being strong is the only choice we have.

Leadership

Our lives and our world are fragile. We might not be here tomorrow. Personal leadership is a fact of kindness and strength. You have a role. Sensing right and wrong reboots your brain to over-ride manipulation and corruption. Stay healthy in mind and body.

The impossible and the unexpected happen. Dignity, tenacity and courage give life purpose . Values are the backstory reminding us what we stand for. Rise above orchestrated drama. This is your time. Lead with dignity. Everyone has a responsibility to participate to make the world better.

Ride tides of change without going under the spell of gmo'd fear or the intimidation of social dogma. Don't be manipulated by fear. Courage is the intuitive lifeline that keeps options clear. It is part of the hidden spiritual agenda of living.

Don't confuse leadership with politics. Leaders have a sense of justice and humility. They are obsessed with uniting others for the greater good by doing the right thing.

Survival is a time-line.

Hear the music of humanity in your heart. Talk about the sweet scent of possibility in the air. Trust your insights to track with desire and purpose. Take the high road. Everything's going to be okay.

Listen to the music. Stay passionate about personal freedom, clean air, clean water, justice and respect for all life. Music is the sound-track of the universe. #CarlSagan

Celebrate Life. Smile. Breathe with your whole body. Your smile radiates sensuality and natural nobility. Courage is a multi-dimensional ride along the curve of your spine. Stand tall. Hard conversations keep us very alive.

Sense priorities and boundaries to maintain focus on what's real. Find options that uplift and protect. Be smart.

Life is amazing. The subject is always love. We need each other. That's why we ask opinions about what to wear, how to be healthy or where's the best place to get pizza? Start a conversation. We shine answers as we meet challenges together.

Be obsessed with justice and honor.

Talk about character, the planet and humanity. Leadership is the intuitive call for collaboration, communication and creativity that keeps us alive. You are creating the future. Be kind.

"every person has a responsibility to be a participant in this society and make it a better place for everybody, in whatever capacity they can. And I’m just trying to do the best that I can to inspire people to feel confident that they have the ability to be an active participant in this country, in their community, in their family. And having hard conversations is the only way we can start to move forward." #MeganRapinoe

Say The Word

*The word is ‘love’.
Love is a power word. Saying 'love' brings energy and meaning to Life. Love is the bridge over troubled waters and the light in your eyes. Turn it on.

Whenever you feel afraid or uncertain, be loyal to yourself and say ‘the word’. You will find it surprisingly light and sweet.

Every day you create your life. Consider and use the power of love while you're doing it. Just saying “love” quietly ignites personal loyalty tuned to your vital heart, mind, body and soul. It feels awesome

Love has many names. Everybody wants love. Say it your way. Words carry energy. Say 'the word'. It will gently drive your mental energy impacting results you get all day long. Happiness is found in the moment.

Loyalty like love is passionate. It's a feeling of integrity. Integrity is personal. At the center of self-respect and dignity is personal loyalty. You deserve it.  Personal passion is a mouth-watering shimmering truth. You can almost taste it.

Passion makes everything possible. Never forfeit being loyal to yourself. Choose to honor your health and trust your heart. Say ‘the word’ to yourself before you eat. Loving yourself with dignity keeps your heart and mind tuned to your priorities.

No one else is you. Personal loyalty is in a class of its own. Respect your soul. It’s the golden handrail to happiness. Time shows that everything you say and do matters. Be deeply loyal to what you believe and what you value, and you can do anything.

Loyalty to values is our connection with courage. Courage is intuitive energy to think differently and organize a definite plan of action. Loyalty, like love, leads to understanding, satisfaction and private passions. It's the ticket to peace of mind.

Being loyal to what you sense is right, intensifies private passions. Loyalty and love power awareness, confidence, determination and purpose. Feel the power. The world is better when we’re loyal to ourselves.

Say 'the word' before you go to sleep and you wake up stronger. Sense love. Say ‘the word’ to yourself before speaking and words that come out of your mouth will be kind.

There are as many people with heart as there are robotic humans. People who love and feel loyalty find each other. We are drawn to love. Still, it's always a bit of a jolt to think you have a friend and discover a wall of concrete.

Loyalty to your heart is the powerful shield of love. Say ‘the word’ to yourself and you can bounce back. Love heals. You will connect with peace that is suddenly vibrant. You will reconnect with love.

It's powerful loyalty and wisdom to remind yourself to say the word ‘love’This habit will serve you well. Life is brief, but love you share and love you spread, never dies.  #janebernard

Taste Life.

Sensing makes the ordinary extraordinary.

The uniquely human thrill of tasting life is the buffer zone between you and stress. Follow shadows with your eyes. Taste flavors, feel textures, inhale a passing fragrance, touch lips. Sensing and stress are not compatible.

Ring in the new year with passion and freedom. My resolution is to taste what I eat, give eye contact when I talk and to love more

Passion is sensuality that shimmers with potential and action. It's our appetite for Life. Really tasting life refreshes everything. The secret journey of the soul is a natural hum of happiness.

Sensuality is the texture and feel of human connection. We sense style - our own and others. Discover yours by noticing what you sense, especially when you eat.

How you eat mirrors the way you interact in relationships. Eat with heart, style and confidence. Swallow what you love. Be grateful that you have food. Great style is being clear about priorities. It's about taste. Do you savor flavor or eat really fast?

Recognize what's important by eating for energy and taste. If you do this for a week, you will automatically be less stressed and more discriminating in other areas of your Life. You will find self-control is easier. Train your brain to choose the hum of happiness. Sensuality is presence. Indulge yourself and feel it.
  • Let your tongue, mouth, body and mind receive the flavor of nourishment.
  • Chew slowly and let digestion happen naturally. Intuitive eating is tuning-in to natural physical rhythms and sensual patterns. We are not machines.
Machines can’t love. They can’t experience real desire or know what spontaneity is. Machines can’t taste food. They have no soul. It's great to be alive. Only you can know the hum of happiness. Machines fake it.

When Life is stressful, it's common to lose touch with personal humanity. Then, we eat without tasting and forget to breathe.
  • Sense what feels right to get out of your head.
  • Breathe deeply before you eat to connect with dignity
  • Have dessert.
  • Make a commitment to feel your body at mealtime.
  • Be happy.
Taste is the decider of style. Everything you taste with your eyes, lips, tongue, mind and heart is a spontaneous sensual adventure that gives Life flavor. Give yourself freedom to relax and enjoy mealtime. The more you do, this habit of giving yourself freedom will snowball into other parts of your Life.

Priorities are private. No matter how busy you are, remember that you are not a machineTaste Life! Love. Embrace all the flavors. When you're clear about what you sense, the natural hum of happiness reflects in your eyes. Everyone can see it.
