The Discipline of Desire

Passion and desire thrive with sensual discipline. Get excited, but keep an open mind.

No matter what you may be thinking, your intuition is another perspective.

Sensing is the intuitive reality check that gives desire another angle.  Sometimes we call it 'common sense.' Sometimes it's  'a rush'.

We hear, see, taste, touch and smell and feel everything. We get excited, focused, arroused and put on-guard.  Iconic values are intuitive discipline that keeps us moving forward

Like timing, intuition is a sense, not a thought. Like seeing,  that gut feeling is a gentle powerful discipline.  A nudge can be an eye-opener. Like our five senses, being aware of intuition is a choice. Responding is 'common sense'.

Do the right thing. It will gratify some people and astonish the rest. #MarkTwain

Satisfaction and excitement are natural intuitive rhythms and melody that drive common sense. Intuition is inner navigation that gives you the balance to power passions. It is the discipline of desire.

Passions are either insight or sensual delight. Sensing focuses our minds. Intuition guides instant insights that refresh priorities. The idea is to move forward smoothly.

Every day, nuggets of humanity sparkle with humor, kindness and compassion. Options come fast. Intuition is the way of using what you sense to get what you need. It is the backbone of character and inner valor.

Iconic values that you feel with your mind - are points of courage, curiosity, dignity, prudence and patience. Instinctively you focus. Intuitive sensual thinking continually feeds mind, body and protects soul. Sensing direction and purpose brings grounding and excitement that shows options where fears of darkness are whirled into nothing.

Good timing is rhythm that's intuitive. Desire is a dance on the balance beam of Life. Soul music is our song. Feeling rhythm is collaboration with the unimaginable. Dance with heart. You will find what you want.

“ The discipline of desire is the background of character. ”#JohnLocke

Simple skills, like noticing what we see or taste, touch, hear or smell, are intuitive muscles that connect with the powerful balance of desire and discipline.

We explore who we are to answer passions and satisfy desireThe quest is our birthright. Choices we make, are our own. Sensual living is a blend of splendor and responsibility. It's doing what feels right with dignity, humor and respect.

If you think with your senses, you focus and feel vibrant. This simple exercise is the key to survival and inner harmony.  Life is amazing.

Sensing transparently guides timing and self-awareness on the way to satisfaction.
Talk less, sense more.

Natural Protection

Your 6 senses are a constant natural armor of connection, protection and balance. Intuition is natural protection tuned to our survival instinct. It sharpens our 5 senses enabling us to thrive with change. This is a season of change. Every person, plant and animal is stirred by the arrival of springAs we sync with the energy of the season, the feeling is so intense and contagious, we call it, Spring fever.

It's Spring and suddenly it's noble to smile more because the sun is shining. Energy is connection and timing - earthly, emotional and ethereal is reset. We're more industrious. Days are longer and spirits are high. Zany sunlight brings the unstoppable urge for personal freedom and love.

In April, life explodes with new shades of green and we blossom with it. Even though it takes work to bloom, springtime is saturated with amazement. Nature whispers encouragement to every form of life with seductive warm breezes and scented air. Join the party.

The spring season is a joyride of renewal. Don't fight it. Let the rain wash away your worries. Feel what's deeply right with your heart's heart. You are part of Nature and Nature is noble, industrious and courageous. Plant seeds of dignity and kindness in your life. Be available to live your dream. Notice what you notice. Feel your potential and trust yourself. Nature reminds us that whatever the problem is, it will change.

Spring is an exciting, juicy nugget of forgiveness. Go outside and let sunlight kiss your head. Face the future with an open mind and open heart. Thrive with change by listening to your heartbeat and telling the truth. Find renewed strength of character in the wind's caress. Life is a dance. Put on your dancing shoes.

If you tell the truth, you don’t have to remember anything.” — Mark Twain

Nature is our greatest teacher. Her seasons are theaters of freedom, mystery and passion. And every end has a new beginning. Nature teaches us to respond, rest, forgive and move forward to create the future. It’s easy.

Protect yourself by staying in-tune with change. The ride may be wild, but you will be clear about where you're headed. Think with your senses and feel with your mind to have natural protection. If you have spring fever, share it with a friend.
