An attitude of gratitude is like a beam of light. The reflection is silent. We are thinking with our senses and feeling with our minds.

Thinking sensually is how we search for balance and justice in ourselves and our world. Confident beauty is inner peace. With open eyes, ears, heart and mind, we kiss the lips of gratitude. It feels good.

Being thankful is tuning-in to cosmic heartbeats of wonder,  freedom and love. As the poets say, "the subject is always love." Believe in the power of your heart.

Like leaves dancing in the wind, we are part of nature and feel rhythms of living. To be thankful, we don't have to think outside of the box because there is no box. Intuitively, we are energy of life that connects through lightwaves, sound waves, the sensuality of soul, and chance.

NYC

I live in New York City, the melting pot of the world. Every day, centuries of historical prejudice that plague other nations is erased here. I'm writing this on the no.4 train, packed full of people of every age and hue. This is an easy time for me to reflect on being thankful.

I'm thankful to have a place to live and food to eat. I'm thankful to know my family and where I come from. I'm thankful that I'm not persecuted for my religion or sex.  I'm thankful for courageous people all over the world who choose justice and love. 

I'm thankful for ingenuity and resilience of the human spirit. I'm thankful to be alive, to see the sunrise, to feel the kiss of moonlight and to dance and dance with the mysteries and magic of sensuality.

Any day is a good day to inhale reflection and exhale Peace. Make time for a deep breath once a day. Celebrate and be thankful for your body, heart and soul. Dance with rhythms of cosmic love.

touch

Touch is cosmic love that we crave. 

Touch is food for the soul. 

Everything important must be felt. We are born hungry for the touch of freedom, healing, justice, love and peace. Touch is the multidimensional way we connect with what matters. It's how we satisfy appetites for communication and understanding. 

Touching and feeling are the transcendent sparkle of Life. Multidimensional sensations of touch defy description - erotic, sensational, ticklish, reassuring, invasive, relaxing – touch is infinite. Everything touches us. Inside our heart, intuitive values resonate with calm understanding. Disrespect feels like a slap in the face. The light of good shines through everyone. 

Touch is astounding. 

A caress can make us giddy. The touch of freedom is a gust of joy. Touch awakens dreams and Destiny. A sexual touch tunes to rituals of Loving. Love, values, romance and destiny all bloom with the intimate touch of intuition. 

My iPad only responds only to a light touch. If I'm rough, it ignores me. Have you ever been in a relationship like that? Technology trains us to relate sensually. 

It's the sensitive touch that teases open every kind of potential. Sensuality uncovers change and dissolves limits. A light touch easily unlocks connections so that we can know answers to follow our dream. 

Go for peak living.

Personal priorities and global links are defined through what we sense. With infinite touches, we know we are part of something bigger. The peak experience is wonder and peace. We reach for the touch of love with our eyes, lips, heart, skin, mind and voice. The touch of freedom is the spark of life.

We are created by love and naturally turn to love to evolve. We crave its openings to know ourselves and each other better. Who hasn't stared at the moon with yearning or been hungry for love and understanding? The touch of starlight is real. Sense the touch of simple cosmic connections with justice, freedom, peace and healing that amazingly unify humanity. All we need is love. Our most powerful connections are intuitive.  

Feel the touch.

Curiosity, courage, dignity and patience touch us -- and we respond with the sense of self-respect and presence. Stay in-tune with the touch of communication. Notice what you sense to feel balance and purpose. If we ignore our senses, we lose perspective and direction. Bad things happen.

Lifeline

Courage is the intimate part of what turns us on and keeps us connected with the truth. It is the intuitive lifeline that keeps connections open. 

Courage is part of the hidden spiritual agenda of living. It has nothing to do with words.  It's our intuitive commitment to truth. We don't need to justify it intellectually because we feel it. That's enough.

No matter the plan, we reach for each other out of necessity, fears and hopes. Simple sensuality -  seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, inhaling - stream life-saving answers  24/7. 

Every moment counts. We are alive. Open your eyes a little wider. We’re all part of the same movie. Connect with good timing. Courage to do and say the right thing is in your heart. The future is ours to create.

Intuitive sensual thinking is the voice of inner courage that prepares us for what is coming in the next scene of our lives. Think sensually and the script of your life flows with an authentic plot line. My screenplay deadline was this week. It's on my mind. I keep thinking about the 10th dimension, cosmic love and soul vampires.  

We all have traces of the 10th dimension in our lives where we're forced to deal with the unknown and unexpected. Everybody has to deal with some evil. Your authentic weapon is intuitive courage and your army is personal awareness and sensual connections. Humanity is amazing.

Thinking sensually is thinking for yourself  - but not about yourself. Connections and openings are what make life cosmic.

The spark of cosmic love lives in everyone’s heart.  We call it courage. You use it to balance information, find faith and know passion. Courage is like common-sense. You know when you feel it. 

Soul vampires- do you know any? Have you ever felt a person or a situation sucking the light out of your life? That’s a soul vampire. Sensual thinking is your stake. Courage is your lifeline. The next time you feel down or afraid, tune in with your 5 senses. You will find an answer that ignites the spark of life in your heart. Courage will always flame to hold you together.

Feel gripped by the magic of the moment. Even though you are not writing a screenplay, you are scripting your life. Be true to yourself by thinking with your senses. You will definitely connect with Cosmic Love.
