Be kind to yourself.

Be kind whenever possible.
It is always possible. #DalaiLama

Kindness is the touch of love. Love is passion for living that is everywhere, but you can only find it by noticing what you sense. Kindness sparks healing and happiness. Love grows.

You have natural charisma. Open your eyes, heart, mind and arms to embrace the future. Let love in. Noticing what you see, hear, taste, touch and smell will guide you to sense inner purpose and comforting balance.

Your 5 senses are remarkable intuitive connections that hold no emotional charge. Instead, fine tuning your senses links with inner courage that keeps you dancing with the beat of your heartFine-tuning your senses is a reality check

Life is big and unpredictable. Don't judge it by the size of problems you're tackling today. In fact, don't judge, instead do what feels right. Intuition another name for common sense. Common sense makes kindness a no brainer by keeping the big picture in focus.

How is your relationship with yourself? If it's on the back burner, piled under work, stress and social obligations, give yourself a break. Be kind to yourself. Break free from the habit of ignoring what you need.

Common sense. Intuitive attitudes of curiosity, dignity and kindness are 'common sense' that makes you more effective. Be sensational. Connecting with kindness invites good things into your life.

Forget total control over circumstances. Instead be open to receive what or who is in front of your eyes and ears.  'The universe has far greater plans for us than we could ever imagine for ourselves.'

Give yourself a chance to fly. Take a breath and imagine that you are spreading your wings. Now, stand up and take a very deep breath. Feel your whole rib cage expand and you will literally feel lifted.

If you don't trust or notice what you sense, your relationship with yourself sours. You lose contact with natural rhythms and the big picture. Things jam, fall apart, get lost or hurt.

Are the voices in your mind being kind? Thinking with your senses is organic relaxation that telegraphs self-respectUse it to let go of preconceived notions or thoughts looping through your brain. Think with your senses to free your mind.

  • Listen to music for 5 minutes. Close your eyes and feel the beat. Discover new energy and momentum when you open your eyes. Let yourself dance.
  • If the day's been intense, take a 5 minute shower before the evening starts. Be sensual and tune-in to your body. Feel the water tenderize your skin and you will find that you are able to relax and may even be smiling. By refreshing your body, you will think from a fresh perspective
  • Breaking routine is always a stress buster. Call an old friend. Go to the gym, do yoga or take a walk around the block to reset pace and reconnect with your sense of purpose. The breathing room is you being kind to yourself.
Be kind to yourself by respecting what you sense and you will feel complete. Here's how:
Take time to relax every day.
Tune-in to your 5 senses to find the spark in your heart
Respect yourself. Take a few deep breaths.

Everything you intuitively know is already part of you. There's nothing to remember. Let yourself feel some love today.

Stamp your ticket for change.

The truth has a positive invisible influence on all of us. Everyone feels it.

Change is constant but not predictable. Notice what you sense. It's liberating and easy to tune-in to the intuitive truth by feeling dignity, courage or curiosity. Every time you do this, you reset your moral compass towards bravery and purpose. Sensing from the heart automatically stamps our ticket for change.

Ride with change by staying in touch with your constantly adapting inner nobility.  When you think for yourself by using your sensestime slows down and you see things differently. An open mind is the ticket to sensing opportunity. Every day we create our future.

Tap-in to integrity by sensing your own dignity and truth. Character is common sense that protects our soul. Your courage, dignity, curiosity, tenacity and curiosity are the ticket to happiness and success.

Recognize and sense honesty with your mind.

Notice what you see, hear, taste, touch, think and feel to stay clear about what's real. Make the choice to sense what matters and what is real to establish a foundation for change. Start with yourself and the world will follow.

  •  Morals are intuitive strategies that regulate and organize communication for clarity and transparency. Without a moral foundation, there is confusion, isolation, violence and fear.
  • Values that are intuitive, clearly connect with our inner innocence and passions. They 'feel' real. Whether you're 4 or 40 years old, you can feel what's rightTransparent attitudes of courage, patience. self-respect, dignity, tenacity and curiosity are easy to recognize in ourselves and each other.  Notice why you like someone and you will sense what they value.
  • Intuitive thinking is the foundation of powerful change. it feels like purpose or destiny and becomes love, unity, laughter, and light. Choose to be a sensual thinker.

Be in-tune with your beautiful heart

Sensing dignity filters out stress. Intuitive values  – like curiosity, courage, determination and patience are strategies that re-affirm integrity. Trusting values makes it easy to see there can be justice in our world.  It's up to us to end cycles of violence and corruption by rejecting what is wrong or fake - by staying real
Intuitive attitudes, like self-respect, courage, dignity, tenacity, and curiosity, are our power of healthy discrimination. Notice what you sense to be in-tune with what matters and sense your place in the bigger picture. Sensual thinking is our natural reality-check in sync with change.
  • When you connect with the light of truth, it stamps your ticket. You move ahead on solid ground. The future is ours to create.
Think with your senses; feel with your mind. Love life.
Stamp your ticket for change.

Defense of Texting

A 'Happening' is a great, big, multimedia party with a theme, where people come to experience the message.
It always involves audience participation in an atmosphere of community, enthusiasm and purpose.

I am so excited to share Sensual Thinking that  steam is coming out of my ears. Thinking with your senses and feeling with your mind is living a dynamic, compelling, charged  360° journey. It’s  amazing. We're creating a series of Curious#Happenings to share the experience. I have been writing a book, this blog and building the sensualthinking.com website share to the word. My usual wired writing mind is tired; so I’m going to rant off of the top of my head:

Proper spelling is hard for me. I’m one of those people who confuses spell check.  I’ve gotten better but still, am most comfortable spelling creatively. Texting suits me. The point is that we text clear emotion-driven and everyday business communication effectively. Texting saves time, keeps channels open and is as detailed as necessary to communicate clearly.  And it's sensual- we do it with our fingers and receive it with our eyes.

Even though I love words, I happily embrace the logic and directness of texting. It’s so efficient and clean. I know it saves me time! That’s the beauty of technology – it shreds outdated social conventions. Time moves faster and we connect more efficiently.

Politeness – while obviously an essential part of human respect – when overdone, is known by other words like bulls-- or sometimes it’s called social 'niceties’. Often, casual conventional communication is a time waster because there is no heart behind it. Our social conventions are so old, they’re corrupt. Human respect needs to drive our social connections. Respect is something we feel, not someone's dogma. Feeling is sensual. This is what’s inspired me to create the Curious#Happenings.

Time is how we measure life. It's critical for success and satisfaction. When you think with your senses and feel with your mind, it’s like getting every green light even when you’re not in a hurry. Technology and sensual thinking filter out stuff that distorts and dulls communication. Sensual thinking is how we grab time with our eyes and hands. It's a new way of time surfing where time expands and we have what we need.

Some people of the Baby Boomer generation feel texting is ending important social conventions. I disagree. No one claims it’s a replacement for conversation, but it’s obviously a powerful tool for effective, efficient communication. Texting overrides decayed conventions to replace them with important human needs like directness, immediacy and comfort. It’s much more cerebral to text than to remember how to spell correctly.

I’m thankful for technology and I love the excitement and open-ended potential of change.
