Embrace the season. Darkness and cold build stamina we need to survive. In winter the light keeps shifting. Nature gives us cues.  Notice what you sense to navigate change. Answers are everywhere. 

 Reflection is the miracle fuel of passion and the gear shift of action.  Use the long nights to refresh focus on what deeply matters. Yearnings and desire are the sensual nudge of soul. There is nothing sedentary about winter. 

Demands

Winter demands patience and presence. There's really no choice. Snowflakes tag us to look up, to sense wonder, and notice the quiet joy and power of life.  We see our breath float in the air. With a renewed self-respect, we remember who we are. It's common sense. Today is a good day to sense magic and miracles. 

Inner confidence grows during the short days. In winter’s gentle light, music of inner harmony never skips a beat. Light a candle. Let it snow. Blizzards bring blankets of endurance where we re-discover indispensable intuitive hungers and the drive for the warmth of justice, freedom, and love. 

Cold winds demand character. Nature relentlessly teaches. We learn about ourselves, our world, and each other. Alive inside the action of winter's embrace, we lean hard toward what’s warm. Winter brings transformation. 

Rhythms

Beat the odds. Dance with the beat of your heart. Stamina builds passions and understanding.  Endurance evolves lifting us to celestial heights of imagining. Always, Life is free-fall. Like snowflakes, we float and swirl.

Changing rhythms of day and night reincarnate life. The inner nudge of soul wakes memories that renew connections with self-respect and dreams. Rhythms and timing signal warm confidence returning.

Meet with old friends. Find new ways to be creative. Your intuitive presence tunes to the gift of life to recharge heart, body and spirit.

As energy of change wraps like a satin ribbon around the world, talk about history, heroes and forgiving. Connect with universal needs like kindness,  hunger and family.

Kaleidoscope

Every minute matters. Time is for healing. It's evolutionary. Time is our ride.

Living is a date-stamped kaleidoscope of change. 
We are energy and soul riding time, catching starlight and dirt along the way. 
We inhale cosmic storms of hunger, pollution, anger and Love. 

Potential is in our hands. There are no limits on ways to heal. 

We are family. Around the web we join like capillaries on the breast of time. It's intuitive to sense our spectacular body, mind, soul connection. Hunger for change is part of healing. Life needs us and we can grow and heal together. The creative experience of change has a passionate edge of connection.  We all walk the edge. In the kaleidoscope of living, cultural boundaries, generational issues and religious isolation are dissolving as we share global energy. We need each other. Millions globally urgently need food. Human hunger is physical, mental, spiritual and social. Starvation brings death. Tune to to health and healing. Clean food, air and water are bigger news than politics.

Respond to what you sense is right and enduring and you become harmony. 

Take a moment and spread your arms to open your heart to receive nourishment from the sun. 

Feel golden inside. 

Life is great.

Harmony is a delicious touch of passion or a love that's simple to recognize, or it's peace of mind. Harmony is the flowing musical language of soul that reminds us life is great. 

Our lives become harmonious and productive through our senses. Our iintuitive finely-tuned sense of right and wrong, is inner music and light. Life is amazing. Without moving our feet, we dance to drum beats of courage and truth. 

We are part of nature.

Like stars in the sky and salt in the ocean, we are part of a bigger reality. Harmony is a gentle balance. It's a clear easy vibration of connection and understanding. 

Sensual thinking is understanding that naturally reflects the driving realities of change. Color, taste, sight, sound and touch constantly point us toward harmony and love. Even the simplest sensual awareness spikes spiritual excitement, curiosity, social innovation or compassion.

Life is an unpredictable ride that lifts us up and tosses.
