A light around your shoulders shines protection and peace.  Sense it.  Trust your sacred safe heart and it will lift you to ecstasy.

Courage that makes us lick our lips is a spontaneous physical conviction from the heart.  The present is all that's real. It's what matters now. Your brave heart is free of cultural traps. Use courage to forgive, to be brave and curious.  Use courage to find patience and pleasure. You are born to feel joy.

 

Feel the harmony and flow of  your body.  Sense the harmony and flow of Nature.  This moment has never happened before.  To stay happy answer the call of soul and turn toward love.  Like magic the beat of our hearts keeps us balanced through storms and sunshine.  Moments lived with dignity, foresight and heart are the wind beneath our wings. Sometimes we fly.

No matter what I start to write about, my words turn to love. Love heals, forces change, confirms faith and gives us the power to be great. 

Great love, like great justice, is insistent harmony that won't be denied.  Harmony in the home,  in the heart and in our world depends on it. 

Love and freedom are 2 sides of the cosmic orgasm of light that brings joy to Life. Everybody knows love is the ultimate solution to human problems but when subject comes up, we forget the all the answers. 

Trust the voice of your heart to taste the strength and feel the power of love. Challenges of global upheaval and daily uncertainty unsettle until we remember that the answer is love – the strong demanding kind that heals. 

I know that love is ultimately the only answer to mankind’s problems. And I’m going to talk about it everywhere I go. I know it isn’t popular to talk about it in some circles today. And I’m not talking about emotional bosh when I talk about love; I’m talking about a strong, demanding love. MLKjr. #courage

The spark of soul.  

Approach challenges and the unknown from the place of love and things work out. Intuition is the spark of soul.  The gut feeling is crystal-clear insight where understanding problems and sensing answers happens in a breath. When we choose love, persistence marries patience and becomes passion. Our hearts open a new dimension. Follow the spark of soul. 

In every Lifetime, Love is the greatest high.

Sense the love inside. It chimes with every beat of your heart. Don’t take love for granted because the foundation will crumble. Strong love is the great enabler. It is the key.

Fine-tune your senses. 

Protect your heart. Use your intuitive radar to sense the demands of courage, freedom, kindness and justice –  and love will hold you. Through upheaval and pain, love and kindness unites us. 

Trust intuition and you will find love roaring through your veins. Love Freedom. Love Life. Love Dignity. Love Courage. Love Humility. It is always the right time to tune to love.

 

The lens of Love is angel wings of self-respect. 

Loving is gentle enough to tickle and wise enough to ride the wind. It is stronger than a promise and takes things as they come. The textures and edges of love are demanding voices of justice and truth. Dignity with love is the key to satisfaction. Ask questions. Self-respect is the strategy for healthy decisions.

 

The Grace of Love

Love highlights possibilities and brings dreams into focus. You can notice it everywhere.  Love is the elixir of Life. We are made by love. When trees worship the sun and wolves howl at the moon, it's love.  Open your heart to the magic.

Even talking of love flames instant needs and desires. Love and Life are unpredictable. We are part of something much bigger. Everybody knows the feeling. No matter what's going on, the answer is to love.  #janebernard

Alone together.

The Subject is Always Love

Alone together there is a tenderness we share. So much is changing and still, love is in the air.

Sheltering in place, we reach out for comfort along electric highways. We find connection, defy isolation and keep dreams alive. 

Sensing kinship with each other and our planet, our hearts are awake. We're resetting the moral compass. Our (r)evolution is creative and transparent. 

Everyone is a unique facet on the magnificent gem of humanity. Our colors and codes complement each other.  

On the holy battle ground of life our physical, emotional and spiritual needs are the same. What unites us is stronger than what divides us. 

Isolation demands we see ourselves for who we are and decide who we want to be when this ends. Look around. 

Everyone who dreams of peace is a healer. Love is everywhere.

The golden ram is smashed.

The empire is done. Alone together we gather insights and watch programmed intolerance and vanity crumble. This change is good. Inequality, callousness and selfishness don't fly. Greed and entitlement are worthless. Life is great.

Realizing the system is broken drives us to see economic imprisonment is the poison dart of greed. Under-valuing human needs is insanity. We sense it. The truth builds confidence. Collectively we are moving far away from the bondage of arrogance and entitlement.

Freedom.

In the past, isolation was used by tyrants to silence people who challenged the status quo –– but that was before the internet. Internet technology expands and drives communication.  Thanks to the world wide web, we have freedom to stay connected. We can't be isolated. 

Sharing thoughts, feelings and facts with each other is the breath of life that fans sparks of freedom. Let it flame. In unity there is strength. Our power is courage, dignity and heart. 

Soul connections unite and uplift us. Feel the music. With gentle words share your strength, respect, dreams and fears. Gratitude is a sweet dance. Love is everywhere. 

The shift.

Independent thinking grows in isolation. We make observations like agreeing that the emperor is truly naked or that clean air is good for our world. We find our own agendas and remember each other.

Life is a blink. Virtually holding hands, we unite goals and dreams. Carefully surfing the paradigm shift with eyes wide open, we use courage dignity and curiosity to stay clear. It's a new world where vanity is hollow and integrity is exciting. 

The gift is a future that is ours to create. It's not easy, but it's glorious. Freedom to be part of a life shift that represents our time, our spirit, our lives and our values is priceless. 

People are beautiful. 

The spirit of human generosity is spectacular.  New ways of helping others feel strong and cared for are blooming. People in museums, organizations, small businesses and beautiful hero's like you are reaching out with kindness. 

Being alive is a miracle. Love, compassion and faith in the human spirit is our untouchable power. Survival's not about bravery. It's a state of mind. 

We're here together.

Listen to the music. It's a new day.

Natural Soul

Freedom.

Natural soul is the breath of inner freedom that cannot be contained. It is a barely perceptible breeze that makes us friendly. Every soul tunes to dreams, destiny and rituals of loving. Turn to the ocean of your own essence. It is the doorway to ecstasy. Your soul is priceless. It is the inner light of sensuality and self-respect. 

We are born with passion for truth that keeps coming, like the ocean. Your natural soul is inner potential. Your mind is free, like the wind. You are beautiful. No one can define you. Accept no limits that do not agree with your heart. Sunlight comes from your smile and through your eyes. 

Nature never gives up. Our noble planet is alive. It is a potential paradise. The earth has soul that nourishes all life. Food you eat comes from the earth's soul. Taste the minerals in your sweat. There is so much beauty. We are not in this alone. We are one world. One unique humanity. One soul. 

Most people want the same thing. 

Compassion is the touchstone of soul.  Souls blend and expand with love, honor, courage and humility. Sometimes it’s exquisite. Life changes and doesn't change. Our job is to keep dancing, feel the music and share it with others. 

Natural soul is pure. Act with morality, not because it's right, but because it's the way things are created to bring soul satisfaction. Everything is possible. Your soul is irrepressible. Don't base your life on other people's expectations #steviewonder. 

Ask questions. Don't be satisfied with the status quo. Find truth, feel love, live honorably and you will be enlightened. Know your limitations and then defy them. Soul satisfaction is inner music that brings purpose and confidence. Life is sacred. 

Take cues from the elegance and tenacity of nature to navigate change. Look for cause and effect. Dig deeper until you are satisfied. The bigger picture is our safe-zone. Let go of what offends your soul. Value moments. Sense the wonder, humility and grace inside your that connects us all.

Share your voice.

Don’t be pulled into drama others try to create. Sense perspective and the voice of your heart. Stay curious. 

Align with justice and love. Intuition is the call to be dignified, courageous and protect life. It is the powerful voice of soul. 

Defy limitations.

Physical and mental strength are assets we can expand. Focus on what needs to be accomplished. Every choice we make participates to create the future.

Push outside your comfort zone. Break down barriers and create opportunities. Be passionate. Commit to doing what it takes. Defy limitations. Do what feeds your soul. Sometimes we surprise ourselves and do more than we ever imagined. 

Throw off chains of dogma and politics with a strategy of dignity. Concentrate on being rational and ethical to navigate the economy, politics and happiness. Go easy on yourself. Stay tuned to soul by trusting values that endure, like dignity, humility, courage and love. Stay curious. The nudge in your gut is soul. It protects you. 

Choose personal honor.

Personal honor is the heart of soul. Evolve with dignity and beauty. Love your beautiful heart. We’re on this planet together. It's common sense to respect all life. If one beach is polluted, every beach in the world will be. If water in one country is polluted, then all water carries the bacteria. If one person is in bondage, no person is free. Recycle. Portal of Change

Act, don't react.

We live in a portal of change.

Our collective energy collides around the world. It's impossible to comprehend, yet natural to feel. 

Inside the portal is the adventure. It's often challenging. Turn reactions into action for humanity.  Concentrate on being rational and ethical. Go easy on yourself. 

To navigate challenges,  think for yourself.  Personal honor matters. Share that power by being it. Moral compromise is never an option. There’s always a hidden price to pay. 

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's dream. Don't be trapped by dogma – which is living with other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. #stevejobs

Survival is a decision.

Inner power to thrive with change is updated and balanced by what we sense is happening. How you think controls whether you succeed. Think outside the box. Frustration is a call to take decisive action. Take a stand for dignity and compassion. Every action makes a difference. 

Life isn't always the way it's 'supposed to be.'  Stress creates blind alleys. Navigating the economy, politics and our own happiness means removing blinders of dogma and fear. Curiosity and patience are strategies for survival.

A gut feeling doesn't come from your head. It comes from your soul to clear thoughts and refresh connections with purpose. Use common sense. Keep the big picture in focus, and change gets smoother.

Escape the system.

Intuitive strategies like courage and dignity enforce our power to break down mindsets from the past.  Our inner light is always looking for light. We all have dreams.

In the portal of change working together to bring an ethical transition is how we will experience the end of an amazing era and usher in a healthier new beginning. The past is history. 

Don't be manipulated by politics or media. Anger, fear and resentment are traps. These make life blurry. Dignity and self-respect  are in your heart. You are in control of you. Vision comes from the light you allow inside.

Corruption is the abuse of human freedom. Inertia and indifference enable it. Satisfaction happens when we stay real, face life and work together. Creating the future is a group effort to move forward with a plan, an open perspective and a single goal. We all need security.

Empathy makes life beautiful.

Survivors always turn a bad situation into a tool for change. Make a personal commitment to empathy. Sense the mutual raw humanity that connects us. Courage and dignity are contagious.  

Uncover your intuitive strategies. Use empathy to sense openings and connections. Control is noticing everything changes. Be aware of traps and corruption, so we don’t relapse and let corrupt history repeat.  Work with possibilities you sense to move forward safely. 

Balance, values and personal priorities connect with lucid living and transcendence. Even simple choices have a ripple effect. Respecting life brings a sense of well-being to the present. It's  human to thrive through inevitable contradictions of social evolution.

Winter demands patience and presence. There's really no choice. Snowflakes tag us to look up, to sense wonder, and notice the quiet joy and power of life.  We see our breath float in the air. With a renewed self-respect, we remember who we are. It's common sense. Today is a good day to sense magic and miracles. 

Inner confidence grows during the short days. In winter’s gentle light, music of inner harmony never skips a beat. Light a candle. Let it snow. Blizzards bring blankets of endurance where we re-discover indispensable intuitive hungers and the drive for the warmth of justice, freedom, and love. 

Cold winds demand character. Nature relentlessly teaches. We learn about ourselves, our world, and each other. Alive inside the action of winter's embrace, we lean hard toward what’s warm. Winter brings transformation. 

Rhythms

Beat the odds. Dance with the beat of your heart. Stamina builds passions and understanding.  Endurance evolves lifting us to celestial heights of imagining. Always, Life is free-fall. Like snowflakes, we float and swirl.

Changing rhythms of day and night reincarnate life. The inner nudge of soul wakes memories that renew connections with self-respect and dreams. Rhythms and timing signal warm confidence returning.

Meet with old friends. Find new ways to be creative. Your intuitive presence tunes to the gift of life to recharge heart, body and spirit.

As energy of change wraps like a satin ribbon around the world, talk about history, heroes and forgiving. Connect with universal needs like kindness,  hunger and family.

Life is not a movie. We are the keepers of the Earth. We create our connections. For us, destiny is the result of choices we make. We are the world.
