Natural soul is the breath of inner freedom that cannot be contained. It is a barely perceptible breeze that makes us friendly. Every soul tunes to dreams, destiny and rituals of loving. Turn to the ocean of your own essence. It is the doorway to ecstasy. Your soul is priceless. It is the inner light of sensuality and self-respect. 

We are born with passion for truth that keeps coming, like the ocean. Your natural soul is inner potential. Your mind is free, like the wind. You are beautiful. No one can define you. Accept no limits that do not agree with your heart. Sunlight comes from your smile and through your eyes. 

Nature never gives up. Our noble planet is alive. It is a potential paradise. The earth has soul that nourishes all life. Food you eat comes from the earth's soul. Taste the minerals in your sweat. There is so much beauty. We are not in this alone. We are one world. One unique humanity. One soul. 

Most people want the same thing. 

Compassion is the touchstone of soul.  Souls blend and expand with love, honor, courage and humility. Sometimes it’s exquisite. Life changes and doesn't change. Our job is to keep dancing, feel the music and share it with others. 

Natural soul is pure. Act with morality, not because it's right, but because it's the way things are created to bring soul satisfaction. Everything is possible. Your soul is irrepressible. Don't base your life on other people's expectations #steviewonder. 

Ask questions. Don't be satisfied with the status quo. Find truth, feel love, live honorably and you will be enlightened. Know your limitations and then defy them. Soul satisfaction is inner music that brings purpose and confidence. Life is sacred. 

Take cues from the elegance and tenacity of nature to navigate change. Look for cause and effect. Dig deeper until you are satisfied. The bigger picture is our safe-zone. Let go of what offends your soul. Value moments. Sense the wonder, humility and grace inside your that connects us all.

Don’t be pulled into drama others try to create. Sense perspective and the voice of your heart. Stay curious. 

Align with justice and love. Intuition is the call to be dignified, courageous and protect life. It is the powerful voice of soul. 

Defy limitations.

Physical and mental strength are assets we can expand. Focus on what needs to be accomplished. Every choice we make participates to create the future.

Push outside your comfort zone. Break down barriers and create opportunities. Be passionate. Commit to doing what it takes. Defy limitations. Do what feeds your soul. Sometimes we surprise ourselves and do more than we ever imagined. 

Throw off chains of dogma and politics with a strategy of dignity. Concentrate on being rational and ethical to navigate the economy, politics and happiness. Go easy on yourself. Stay tuned to soul by trusting values that endure, like dignity, humility, courage and love. Stay curious. The nudge in your gut is soul. It protects you. 

Choose personal honor.

Personal honor is the heart of soul. Evolve with dignity and beauty. Love your beautiful heart. We’re on this planet together. It's common sense to respect all life. If one beach is polluted, every beach in the world will be. If water in one country is polluted, then all water carries the bacteria. If one person is in bondage, no person is free. Recycle. Nostalgia

Nostalgia is an intuitive nudge with a profound emotional echo. It has a gentle tenderness, like bathing in a faded truth. A flicker of inner light sparks something, a moment in time that deeply matters to you. For a quick-taste, you are there again.

Intuition drives action to do, think or feel something. Nostalgia is an intuitive cue to be thankful. Like a kiss that turns the world upside-down, there's a flame. In a flash of warmth we renew bonds with a time that matters.

Time is the fourth dimension and we are part of it. Intuitively, we are excited by energy of change and purpose. It's how we sync with timing. Sensing values that transcend time seals memories with passion. These memories become nuggets of nostalgia. 

Is nostalgia being in two dimensions at once? I don't know. When nostalgia drives you to learn about yourself and reconnect with what matters to your heart – that is beautiful.  For a glorious instant, you know what is real. It is a lucid moment.

In your tenderest heart, memories of love, peace and kindness are held

sacred and irrevocable. Nostalgia is a nuzzle of soul that stirs connections with memory and the choreography of change.

Sensing nostalgia is deeply personal. A sudden pull, connection or meaning floods the moment. There is a reason. There is a reason for everything. Intuitively you know the answers. Every person has the sense of curiosity in their heart. We wonder why we're here. We search our past for healing and rhythms of Justice. Nostalgia refreshes memory.

I heard a beautiful intelligent and compassionate talk about Nostalgia today at The Rubin Museum. I learned nostalgia is an intuitive nudge that everyone experiences. Being nostalgic is the transcendent experience of thinking sensually.

Humanity is a jewel. Every person is a facet of it. Time is held together by a seductive connection between our sun and the fiery heart of mother earth. Nostalgia is how we know private truths. It’s a soul caress that reminds us Life is sacred.

Like all great passions, nostalgia is multidimensional. A nostalgic moment happens inside a different place. A touch, a scent, the light, music or a picture unlocks a dimension of time to swell the flicker of light in your heart.

This evening a wine glass gave me a flash of nostalgia. My inner-critic said: What an odd thing to remember. Then I knew why I was experiencing nostalgia – because that speck of time matters to me. I hugged the glimpse/feel/taste of it with my heart. I am so thankful.

Time-Sensitive

We are time-sensitive.

Sensing time is how we learn what alive feels like.

While artificial intelligence strives to be "real", we experience 'real' time.  For us, every moment that passes can never come again. 

Sensing is cellular spontaneity that separates us from AI. Yes, the mind works like a computer, which makes it our hard drive - complete with viruses and spam. 

But, our 6 senses cannot be programmed. Intuition is felt by our mind like a breeze or a kiss. And like the wind and love, sensuality transforms our moments.

The clock is ticking. Listen, inhale, see, taste, touch. Love. What you choose to do can change everything. Your amazing sensuality spontaneously syncs with good timing, boundaries and momentum that leads to happiness. Sense it all.

You are time-sensitive for a purpose. Sensing is how we feel alive. We are always aging, learning, becoming and experiencing the moment. Sense interest, purpose, connection and rejection. Sense love. Follow what feels right. Your timing will be good.

Sensuality is how we find love. Machines cannot organically morph with heart. Even when AI self-programs to update, it cannot have or relate to soul. AI needs the matrix. We need Love.

You have soul and are part of the big picture. Every choice you make matters. Time is the essence of Life. This could be the last dance – so kick it up by opening your eyes, mind and heart! Everything is possible. Sensuality is more than a convenience. Sensual thinking is the portal to rejuvenation, passion and soul. 

Sensuality is the cellular gift. It exists to make sure we vibrate with each other in the dance of Life. Living is amazing. Your 5 senses can only open your moments, not your mind. Intuition, the 6th sense, is the music of your free and willing heart. 

You have natural tools that are intuitive.  That's how you sense inner courage, determination or curiosity that sync with good timing. The 6th sense is how we know soul, focus and the pace. Everything changes but your deepest values and needs. Sensing is liberating. Stay free. 

Dance through change with dignity. Be Free. Ride moonbeams. Sense wonder. Surf desires that balance your moments. Honor your spirit. Dream of priceless Peace.  Love freedom and joy. Trust your gut. You are born to evolve.

Intuition is soul connection with the essence of who you are. It is not your personality or intelligence. It is the spark that inhabits every breath you take. Without sensuality, we are robots.

When people age, vision gets worse, or hearing goes bad or the sense of touch isn't there. This often happens pre-maturely when we don't understand how necessary it is to enjoy natural insights. Open the eye of your heart to sense the wonder of being alive.

We are time-sensitive because we are born to evolve. Refresh your state of mind before the expiration date. Be part of change.

Filter The Noise

Don't be frustrated. Talk without action is noise. Beat the noise. Many talk the talk but don't walk the walk. Sensual thinking is the intuitive strategy  to filter the noise and hook into action.

We are sensul beings. Sensing is automatic. Skills, like seeing beauty, tasting food, smelling change, and hearing lies are intuitive muscles. Sensing exposes what's real and what's not. It's worth the workout. When you're aware of sensual thinking, you are vibrant, focused and clear. 

Intuition is the whisper of soul directing you to potential you cannot "see". A gut feeling keeps us resilient, excited and on the path of personal purpose. It filters the noise, refreshing your mind with a nudge.

Sensuality isn't aggressive. It's the power of a gentle touch. Intuition doesn't tell you what to do. It is not negative or judgmental. But you know it. You feel a nudge or the hair on the back of your neck goes up, and ultimately you choose Destiny. 

Sensual thinking is natural focus that nourishes the spirit and detoxes the mind. Intuitive tools are filters that bring confidence  and common sense to our thinking. Things are always changing. There is no need to memorize answers because you can keep an open mind. Be curious and sense what feels right.

Sensing keeps your mind engaged with the present and the big picture in focus. Senses and intuitive tools create bridges of inspiration and good judgment. Natural sensuality exposes connection. We tune to energy around us - to know what and who to be involved with, and who to avoid.

Intuitive energy drives action from something deep inside. We call it many things: soul, passion, inspiration, common sense or gut feeling. Our 6th sense filters the noise, to send us - doing, being, finding, opening, leaving. affirming what feels true at our core. Noticing what you sense feels right and just keeps you tuned to your truth. 

Thinking with your senses instantly refreshes drive for Truth, Freedom, and Love. Everything you sense has a purpose. Listen to know what is real. You are always the sum of your potential. Be loyal to your heart. Filter out noise that muffles your passions. Share eye-contact  all the time. Laugh more.

Life is short.  Use intuitive strategies. Sense Honor and Character. Close your eyes and think of Peace. Remember what you see. Large scale challenges are solved with a big picture perspective. You are part of the whole picture.

The meal-plan for dessert constantly changes. The main course, which is always Love, does not. intuition links dessert with the main course. 

Have dessert. Love makes dessert exciting and good for you. Openings linger. Soul connections happen. You feel great.

Sensuality is passion that feeds body, heart, mind and soul. Noticing what you sense is an organic re-charge. It refreshes you.
