We walk a line of transformation on the path of Fate. Life makes us all revolutionaries who must discriminate  between opportunity and truth. Notice details you sense. It could save your life. A choice can turn the world upside-down. The power of transformation is inside you.

There is something potent, phenomenal and mysterious about sensuality. Everything we sense is sensual thinking. Sensing invigorates our spirit and excites our mind. Intuitive connections spark passions. Honor that power within yourself. Be passionately curious.  

Curiosity focuses on the possible by accepting what you cannot control. It’s going with the flow, but not being swept into it. What you see, hear, taste, touch and smell is a sensual fountain of curiosity. It is the excitement of living.

The world is transforming and we are the change that's happening. Natural sensuality is important  inner freedom. Curiosity is our intuitive strategy of awareness bringing excitement, satisfaction and understanding to Life’s outrageous journey. Unknown and unexpected portals to accomplishment, destiny, wonder and Love are everywhere. We are born curious.

Every human is intuitively  passionate. We like our independence and depending on ourselves.  We need to know ourselves. Satisfaction exists. Limits only exist in our half-used minds. The word can't is a wall of doubt easily blown over by passion and curious desire. 

Actions and choice are the key to the future. Choose to smile more. Choose to love your Life. Be curious to know where you’re headed. Stay determined to honor your soul. Follow light you sense. 

Weigh options. Life is amazing. It takes bravery and humor to have bliss. Put heart and soul into your choices and inner courage will never desert you.

Trust what feels vibrant. You used curiosity to tune to rhythms and open doors from the moment you were born. Stay passionately curious. Find pace and place by thinking with your senses. Find direction and connection by feeling curious and dignified with your mind. 

Intuition defies old options with a bigger picture perspective. Intuition clarifies how things fit together on your timeline. Only the present exists. There is a lot going on. Feel the kiss of an open mind. Sense creative and practical solutions. 

Stay tuned to your highest potential. Even passion has boundaries. Watch for balance.

I went to a taping in NYC for the 'Holy Smokin' Vespers Jazz band. People of every hue were in the studio clapping hands and moving in rhythm to Gospel singing infused with sparkle. A fine tap dancer named Maurice Chestnut could swing his legs in ways that left us speechless. Energy of simple gratitude for the gift of Life hugged our hearts with excitement and joy. Be passionately curious. Enjoy the day.

Moving

Stung by the stigma of dispair created by apathy, the future feels threatened. We're moving. We sense needs and unite for what is right. Survival is intuitive.

Change is an act of courage. Risk is inescapable. Moving ahead, be fully committed to what you believe. Maintain an open mind.

An open mind means, staying aware that we may possibly be wrong. The universe has bigger plans for us than we imagine.

Courage is the foundation all personal values. It is Bravery + Wisdom. Everyone has purpose and ability to choose but when perspective is lost, we become complacent. Apathy is never an option. If we are not courageous, we become slaves. Freedom includes taking the risk of honoring your heart.

                              Are we in bondage?

The system of democracy is broken, but it is not beyond repair. Fear brings alienation and anxiety. Intuitively we turn to sensitivity, awareness and responsibility to create radical change.

With great courage we join ideas and work together to re-establish liberty throughout our land. Express your own original ideas. Trust your inner nobility and act with dignity and vision.

The president-elect(2016) ran his campaign on boasting, fear and lies. Bullies are cruel, afraid, insecure and dangerous. They create despair. The media, instigating fear, repeated every cruel slur, as if being paid off. Mr. Trump kept insisting the election was rigged. And now since he's won, it's easy to believe that this was the truth.

Confronted by change, we intuitively make decisions that define the essence of our being. Moving ahead to preserve an equitable and humane future is to live with greatness. You are part of something bigger. The future is yours to create. Be great.

Fear of losing freedom drives us feel inner faith. Faith is not being able to see the future; it is being clear about what you're doing to create it. Tune to your inner nobility by noticing what you sense. Courage is the capacity for thinking and listening holistically. We must think outside the box to uncover creative change that heals our democracy and our world. 

Intuitive thinking is very simple. The more we develop our senses, the higher our levels of sensitivity.  Notice what you see, hear, taste, touch and smell. Simple physical sensitivity builds moral courage. As long as we have moral courage, we will never be victims.

Courage comes from the French word meaning, heart. With the election of a man who ran his campaign as the 'biggest bully,' we are forced to leap into unknown change with a commitment of heart. Courage is not rash, it is productive. It is not the way to compensate for fear, but instead it is the intuitive way we maintain dignity.

A puppy becomes a dog by instinct and an acorn becomes a tree naturally, but we must be courageous. A commitment to courage is required to create the future We are all leaders and teachers. Notice who you follow. Be humble when you lead.

1. From bondage to spiritual faith; 

2. From spiritual faith to great courage; 

3. From courage to liberty; 

4. From liberty to abundance; 

5. From abundance to complacency; 

6. From complacency to apathy; 

7. From apathy to dependence; 

8. From dependence back into bondage.”

Having Dessert

The meal-plan for dessert constantly changes. The main course, which is always Love, does not. intuition links dessert with the main course. 

Have dessert. Love makes dessert exciting and good for you. Openings linger. Soul connections happen. You feel great.

Sensuality is passion that feeds body, heart, mind and soul. Noticing what you sense is an organic re-charge. It refreshes you.

Beauty, texture, layers, openings and imperfection draw us to taste life's hopes and longing. A deja-vu sensory memory happens. Intuition reflects logic of our senses to balance lessons of experience and heart.

Honoring yourself keeps momentum vibrant and purpose clear. Sensual thinking is a comforting non-judgmental zone of balance and wisdom. Thrive with easy intuitive nourishment.  Use eye contact, touch, tone and body language to find answers. Want what matters.

Life is amazing. Have fun. Give what counts. Just because something is hard to talk about doesn't mean it's not real. Be brave. Choose deep truth to find friendship, love and opportunity. Intuitive nourishment is compassionate and keeps things straight.

Choose what nourishes you. Dance to great music. Make love. Connections like a song in your heart, a moment of peace, resting your eyes or saying,'I love you' are dessert that keeps getting sweeter.

The Comfortable Spot

Everything happens as the result of choice and the path of living is mined with it. Notice what you sense. 

Sensuality keeps Life in focus. We intuitively feel/sense direction and find the upbeat. 

Destiny is the comfortable spot. Hippies call that harmony. Like all love-children, we seek Grace and balance. 

Every day, the dance of spirit and soul happens fast, and so we move fast. Notice what you sense.

What matters is always the same, it's freedom. It's love . Honor your Life. Want what matters. You are responsible for your choices.  The idea is to keep moving with the transcendental gift of sensuality and thrive with your dreams. 

Courage is the heart-shine valor of your soul. Think sensual, feel mind-blown. Life is multidimensional. Your comfortable spot expands with your choices. Everyone has a purpose from the moment of conception. It is an outrageous, sexy beginning. We are born with destiny and inherit the responsibility to be kind. Kindness is cosmic grace. Be cosmic. 

The place where you are right now God circled on a map for you. #Hafiz. 

Dignity is the Zen-smooth ride of self-respect. Be free with a heady blend of dignity and grace. Have fun. Love will find you. 

Feel good and you are noticing what you sense. Feel bad and you're noticing what you think. Intuitive thinking is to be in tune with your senses, but not take yourself too seriously. The comfortable spot of destiny has a sense of humor. It's a curiously comforting perspective. You know what you value, who you are and what you believe. 

Everything changes. Comfort is never stagnant. Apologies and forgiveness, based on values of the heart, buy us time and re-set the clock. And why not?  We are not here to judge, but to evolve, to learn, to be lovers.

Apologize when you offend and Love when you can. I have learned being kind, even when I do not feel fond, is liberating. Freedom is a bright light of splendor. Sensual living is an irresistible blend of responsibility and splendor in the college of life. Being kind opens invisible doors.  Clear the air if you cause confusion. 

Kindness is the caress of soul connection. Love is a fountain of insight and rejuvenation. It is a search for the comfortable spot of connection. Trust the path that feels kind. Timing isn't bigger than the moment. It is the moment. Sometimes we miss out on a dream because we do not let it grow.

Walk with the present. Every moment counts. Learn from the past, but don't let it drive your now. In your comfortable spot you will find hidden moments and notice moonlight. Open your eyes and heart to feel good timing. 

Want what matters because that is what makes everything possible. Follow through with courage and grace, and dreams come true. Honor your Life. You are amazing.

Soul Connections

Between what I taste and who I am,

Like day follows night, sensing keep us tuned to vitality and passions of soul connection. 

Soul connections are abundant. The best ones are surprising. When they happen, we defy limitations and find Destiny waiting. 

Sensing energy is feeling connections. 

The natural quest for connection is our path of intuitive harmony. We easily sense/recognize dignity, courage and curiosity in ourselves and others. We sense peace and passion, love and pain. Sometimes it's sexy. Mostly it's affirming and protective..

Sensing change is intuitive. Notice what you sense and you connect with your soul. Do what feels right. Soul 'coincidence' happens and Life kicks up a notch. Sensing brush strokes everything. It brings a unifying quality to the moment. 

We are multidimensional- spirit, body and personality. When our soul is satisfied, we thrive. Sensing is our natural lens to feeling alert, and to understanding when to relax . Sensual thinking drives us to recognize  rhythms of passion and bonds of continuity.

Everyone is born recognizing intangible links and gut feelings that spark wonder and unity. Intuitive tools that create harmony within and between us are available 24/7. 

Sensual thinking is natural awareness that is gently grounding. Sensing is a tangible connection we find between our spiritual and physical realities. Use dignity to sense your soul. Follow the curious, familiar nudge to recognize others. 

Casual sense connections - eating, eye contact, a touch, a song - instantly nourish hopes and open doors to dreams. Between spiritual and sensual awareness we make Life changing choices on the path of Destiny. Fine-tune your senses to know your spirit.  

Sensing generates enthusiasm and trust. 

Eat, drink, inhale, touch, find art, Love, be kind, celebrate, forgive, laugh often and embrace this day. Soul is the endless portal to mental, physical and spiritual stamina. Soul connections source vitality and love. 

Sensual awareness makes timing and 'coincidence' easy. Sensing accesses a naturally intoxicating taste of simplicity. There is no stress.  Sensual nourishment, through Music, Art, Dance, Theater and Love, brings soul satisfaction. Life is a fleeting dance. Understanding and hope are a simple profound faith in the now. 

Change is constant. 

Daily living is not only about where you're standing, it's about where you're headed. Keep the big picture in focus. Set goals to satisfy needs by seeing, hearing and feeling yourself with them. We are not led blindly to soul connections, but by groking. 

Sensuality is the fuel of passion and gear shift of action. Intuitive choices feed our soul. As we connect with soul through our senses, we complement each other. We blend, sense excitement and love. 

Enjoy your sensual gifts. Be open to tangible connections. Find inner soul balance between what you see, hear, taste, touch and smell to reveal your natural, vibrant inner love for Life. Intuition completes us with patience, good timing and dignity.  Learn to know your heart. When you sync with your soul, you attract your mate.
