Everything is music.

Everything we do is music. .. Everyone is in the best seat.   #JohnCage

Music used to be considered Holy. Definitely it is Soul. We don't see sound waves or good vibrations, but we get the invisible message. Life is rhythm and soul. Reality is every kind of weather. We navigate waves of sound and light to balance change that is vital  to relax and sync with each other.

We hear sound and grok music without thinking and organically choose rhythm to connect, soothe or inspire momentum. Instinctively we use music to open potential - and that can mean anything. Songs, rhythm and Soul form intimate parts of who we are and how we feel about ourselves.

Good music connects movement and purpose with belonging. It it's a safe pace to sense without confusion or uncertainty. It's transcendent.

Good vibrations are Soul sounds we count on to set us at ease, or lift us to new horizons. Fine music is every color, a great sunrise or an amazing kiss.

We naturally see with our ears and taste with our eyes. We sense good vibrations with a touch of light, sound, taste.
Music resets our sensuality. It lifts spirits, turns us on or puts us to sleep.

Relaxing to music is sensual thinking. It's tuning to inner direction, to know yourself better leading to the best seats in your life. Trust music. Catch rhythms to reset your head. Feel the beat that opens your heart and find the seat that you need.

Music, is sensational and so are you. Let music unwind your mind.  Life is full of the unexpected

Life is adventure of rhythm. Music is medicine that connects with Soul. We can heal ourselves and each other and the earth with music.  Listen for it.

Feel With Your Mind #2

Feeling with your mind is an authentic energy boost.

Feeling with your mind keeps you in touch with character and your passions. That's how sensual thinking manages the chaos of living. It keeps you balanced, because in the deepest center of each of us, we feel - we don't think.

While we are each unique, we easily feel each other without thinking. When we feel courage, we give that energy to each other automatically. It's been said that how things are in the world is a reflection of accumulated efforts of people to follow the good within ourselves. That's power.

Thinking with your senses and feeling with your mind keeps personal boundaries and priorities clear. It naturally generates a fresh perspective in sync with change. Sensual thinking is a natural balancing act of heart/mind/soul. Everyone knows living is a kind of balancing act. When we do good, we feel good.

When I do good, I feel good. When I do bad, I feel bad. That is my religion. ~ Abraham Lincoln

Your senses guide thinking because what you feel is not always easily put into words. We feel music, perfume, good food, love, eye contact and peace of mind - or - we feel danger, courage, patience, forgiveness, curiosity, frustration and faith. With Sensual Thinking, there are no dead ends to what can be accomplished, because there are no limits to change. Instead, you are safe, protected and satisfied by your choices.
The experience of Living is what we feel, not what we think. ~ Jane Bernard

It's natural to give each other 'space'. That's part of the balancing act of living. Still, we don't walk alone. It is a team effort to usher in the marvelous theater of freedom that is, our New Humanitarian Age.

Sensual thinking connects with inner character and reminds us to enjoy the extraordinary humor and enchantment of living. It feels good to laugh more and live freer!
"No great discovery was ever made without a bold guess" ~ Isaac Newton

Be a sensual thinker. Notice what you notice. Trust what feels wrong to be a sign to be curious & follow what feels right. Feel with your mind and you connect with the your power of character. Think with your senses and fine tune purpose. You are amazing.

Connect with Desire

A person connected with their desires lights up the room. Ask anyone living their dream and they will tell you that it feels like truth or magic or faith.

The 'truth' is something we feel and no matter how much the words may change, everyone can recognize it.

We're not here to think, we're here to tune in to the excitement and joy of being alive. Desire is that feeling.

Desire for love, companionship and personal satisfaction connect with inner truths and purpose. Instincts are driven by our senses. Desire is never static.

We are always someplace between chaos and order on the path of completing destiny. They say we can't walk away from the truth because it's always with us. That's a relief because without it we lose touch with out heart.

Communicating desires takes courage. The truth is not always popular. But, it is always liberating. Communicating is deep power. Today, technology gives us the same language. We connect with our eyes, fingers and ears. Values we share, like dignity and courage are how we connect with heart.

Sensing is our global connection. We sense the present realities, feel perspectives and recognize values like freedom and global health.  Recognizing, connecting and sharing desires, we know our truth. In our gut we sense right and wrong. Be curious to stay present. Be true to your heart.

Desires are realized by staying tuned to change. Life propels us towards new opportunities, new understandings and new relationships. Being tuned-in to what feels honorable makes sense. Considering energy we feel with our minds is how we protect ourselves from what feels wrong, and how we stay with what we desire.
