Sensual Syncing

When you see a person without a smile, give them yours. Sensing is connection that doesn't need a conversation. It's a touch that goes under our skin. It's communication that can defy or define relations. We do it all the time. Notice what you notice, and tune in to the power of sensual syncing. Feel energy.

Sensual syncing is sharing the same vibe. When there's mutual recognition of truth, honor, clarity, courage, kindness or curiosity, it's exciting. When you meet a person whose values connect with yours, it feels like destiny

There are no judgment calls or rules. Sensuality that shines is intuitive understanding and respect. It's a vibe that's easy to recognize. Sensual syncing is the light that shines love.

Clear thinking depends on all 6 senses for input. When what you feel in your heart is balanced by what you think, sensual syncing is common sense.

Collaboration of energy can be as casual or surprising as eye contact or as important as a smile. Sensuality is easy to feel and hard to describe. But, we know when it's missing!

  • A lack of RESPECT brings destruction.
  • The opposite of TRUTH is fear.
  • Without HONOR, there is bondage.
  • Without CLARITY, there is distrust.
  • The opposite of COURAGE is giving up.
  • The opposite of recognizing POSSIBILITY is doubt.
  • The answer is LOVE.

  • It natural to sense courage and smart to be curious. These are 2 ways of intuitive thinking. Sensing with our mind and heart is the foundation and comfort zone for understanding and respect. Intuitive strategies bring out the best in every relationship.

Sensual connections grow beyond words. We sync with a smile or a glance and the world spins in a new direction. Everything is possible.

Awareness is automatic. But don't take it for granted. Sometimes it signals self-respect, nudging you to protect yourself. Always, what you sense is the continuous path to discovery.  Answers are everywhere.

Think with your senses and you know where you are. Feel what makes sense with your mind and you know where you're going. Share eye contact for insights about who to trust and always follow what feels right. When you're with someone and values sync, mutual energy expands and love happens

Intuition  blends the simplicity of what you sense, with honesty you feel and keeps it anchored with experienceHappiness happens.

    Character

I was writing a post about boundaries and connected with character. Character is where we find strength of invisible boundaries that attract power, romance, personal satisfaction and success. Character relates to what you value.

Notice what you sense. Learn to find your intuitive boundaries. Use them to live richly and get what you need to have what you want.

Intuitive boundaries reveal personal perspectives that  give clarity for making smart choices. Transparent intuitive values protect personal boundaries. Understanding boundaries makes relationships smoother.

Sensual thinking bonds us with character. Thinking with your senses and feeling with your mind creates a protective balance of sensuality with morality. By depending on guidelines of courage, determination and patience, it is automatic to notice boundaries, feel direction and find focus. We ‘get’ it.  Stay clear about your sensual boundaries and be cool.

Our character is how we intuitively protect personal boundaries that bring respect.
    • C - charm feels irresistible because it's selfless. People who are charming make us feel good. When you compliment someone, you are being charming.
    • H - health is wealth. Without it we have no energy or opportunity. Health is part of mojo and what drives us to succeed.
    • A - awareness is sexy. We're aware from the inside out. Notice a fragrance, a sigh or body language. Share awareness and keep the energy flowing.
    • R - reason is the point of tipping balance or securing it. Reason is common sense and intelligence working together.
    • A - action is what change is. It feels good to be in sync with momentum.
    • C - caution is using foresight or prudence to screen the outcome of social and personal choices. It's security and back-up.
    • T - timing is everything. Talking less and sensing more keep us in rhythm with the dance of life.
    • E - easy to do what feels right. It's also being responsible. It's fun to do the right thing and get good results.
    • R - rest is rejuvenating. It's part of self-respect. Our rest has to balance with action, just like day balances with night. Cycles are part of nature and so are we. Respecting our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs to rest, brings clarity and strength to our waking moments.
Knowledge will give you power, but character brings respect. #Bruce Lee
Think with your senses and feel with your mind. Notice what condition your condition is in.

    Momentum

Find your 'mojo'. Get with some momentum.

Sensual thinking is action connection with buzz - it's sexy.

Make the choice to connect with your senses and your mojo. Have the best of both worlds.
    • Sensual Thinking is feeling and knowing how to thrive with changes. Sensing what's real is a direct infusion of personal freedom. With our senses, we uncover choices and options to turn up the excitement and satisfaction of living.
    • Momentum is sensual. It's a rhythm of living we can feel.
Have you ever noticed that life is a lot like dancing?
    • We take one step forward and two steps back. We may bend in different directions. Then, maybe take a step sideways or rock back and forth repeating patterns. You're dancing right now. Do you feel it?
Have you ever tripped while you were trying to dance? Did you ever hate the music? Were there times the song just kept playing and playing when you were sure it wouldn't end?
    • Even though you're always dancing through life, you're not the DJ. Whether we like the music or not, everything changes. With sensual thinking, we feel the beat and still enjoy the action. The dance is smoother.
    • Remember slow dancing for the first time. Did you try to do the twist or the robot or jook or rap? No, you weren't crazy, but you were open to trying something new. Be willing now. That's how to be cool. That's how to connect with momentum. You are still a kid in your heart.
Choose to live with your mojo. When you feel stuck, listen to your favorite music. This dance is your life and the music will end. Give yourself every chance. Trust your eyes, ears, taste, touch and intuitive values to connect with your heart and soul. Get into the action. It's surprisingly relaxing and will clear your head.
Talk less, sense more. Live momentum.

    Feel the buzz.

    Freedom

Freedom and Independence both require an open mind.

    Freedom gets our blood pumping.

Freedom makes our soul sing. But, like a flag waving in the wind, freedom is subject to conditions. The price we pay for freedom is determined by the bigger picture. Freedom includes being responsible for everything we do and don't do.

Keeping clear about the big picture is part of staying independent and free. Keep your mind and heart open.

Stress is a prison. Prisons, whether physical, intellectual or psychological, are tight, small places. When we feel stressed, it's a signal that we're losing perspective.  Notice what you sense. Taste life.  Be curious, stay dignified, allow patience to soothe your heart. Keep your sense of humor and be magnificently free!

Independence is a state of mind that connects self-reliance. It is the continually renewed process of self-respect that stays clear about the big picture. Thinking with our senses and feeling with our minds keeps us tuned to intuitive strategies like dignity, courage, patience, curiosity and humor. Freedom is an empowered state of mind where perspective is in focus.
    • Intuition is the source of our self-respect
    • Self-respect drives us to be safe, happy and in tune with our heart, mind, body and soul.
    • No event or individual can break the spirit of a person who is dignified.
When we truly keep an open mind, feeling curious connects us with freedom, independence and each other. Notice what you sense and balance it with what you feel to take control of your fate. Stay free. Talking less and sensing more, while riding the crest of change, keeps us independent and happy.
