Stay Connected

Stay connected with strategies that come from the heart.

Life gets tangled. We live through storms and don't know how long they will last. Tangles turn into knots. We may blame ourselves. When the big picture gets lost, passions fade. Stay untangled. Notice what you sense. Connect.

Fine-tune what you see, hear, taste, touch and smell to stay connected with the heart of your needs. Talk less; sense more. Listen with your ears, eyes, mind and spirit. The power of passion always kicks-in when we use intuitive tools like courage, tenacity, patience or dignity to find answers. Sensing automatically resets focus and primes clarityBe gentle with yourself. The truth is never jarring.

The power of perspective is important and exciting. You know much more than you realize. You can pick-up the slack  and stay connected to what matters by sensing the bigger picture. It's intuitive to build passions that vibrate connections with funspirit and common sense.  Thinking with our senses keeps the present in focus.  Feeling with our mind protects long-term priorities.

Different challenges need different solutions. Sensing keeps us tuned to the present. Sensual thinking connects choices with good timing and variety. Our intuitive perspective is spontaneous. That's why it's natural to sync with change and love.
Frustration and doubt throw us off balance

Tune to simplicity you sense,  honesty you feel and the anchor of experience. You  will discover balance and traction you need for satisfaction. Noticing what we sense leads to a relaxed state of mind.

Intuitive tools like courage, dignity, patience, curiosity and tenacity tap into inner strength to keep you on track with purpose.  Patience is the intuitive reality check that saves time and undoes confusion. Don't be afraid to trust it to stay connected.

Life is finite, don't waste time fighting change. Think sensually to have momentum and connection. Use intuitive strategies of courage, tenacity and dignity to keep resilient focus you need to stay true to yourself.

Like music, life has many notes, refrains and melodies. Dance more. Feel the music in your heart. Discover your intuitive power to connect with change. When life gets tangled:

  • Have an attitude of forgiving. Often the person to forgive is you. Anger and regret are detours that tangle. The past is history. You are here now. Today is an opportunity to stay connected to the voice in your heart.
  •  Be bold. Change rooms in your mind for a day.

Be observant. See what's going on to be in sync with the big picture of your life and our planet. Answers are blowing in the wind.

Three Ways of Patience

Have attitude like Gandhi. Live your dream like MLK. Think with your senses. Feel with your mind.

Sensing what you value is how to think different. It's good judgment.

"The hope of a secure and livable world lies with the disciplined non-conformists who are dedicated to Justice, Peace and Brotherhood" ~ Martin Luther King Jr.

Patience is never an option.

It's always a reality check.

The opposite of patience is frustration. Frustration is a rut. Being impatient is being in a rut.

The impact on life is just like procrastination. Both are ways of being out of step with good timing and good luck.

Everybody needs good luck.

Patience is the only way to live your dream.

Three Ways of Patience

With Yourself
  • Patience with yourself is personal loyalty.  It's respect - the foundation of every worthwhile relationship.
    • Being impatient with yourself is always self-defeating.
    • Worse, when you are not patient with yourself, social relationships don’t last.
    • People who are impatient with themselves make narrow-minded choices in social situations that  appear to be selfish or arrogant, and alienate others. That's why 'things' don't work out.
    • Find patience for your heart and mind. If you don't give it to yourself, nobody will.
With Timing
  • Patience with timing is a sign of confidence in choices and faith in goals. Sure, it’s a disappointment and a drag to not have an answer, a meeting or a trip when you want it. Reality is: we all march to our own beat and we're not always in step with others. Sometimes this means waiting.
    • The surprise of extra time gives you space to prepare the response for an unwanted answer. Time always catches up with us.
    • Extra time means you can have unexpected insights to fine-tune content for the meeting.
    • Postponing a trip puts you somewhere else you need to be.
    • If you are perfect, LOL, then the time of ‘waiting’ will reveal an opportunity or responsibility you need to address or reposition before your answer, meeting or trip.
    • When you are patient with delays, you will find something new that helps you succeed. Time brings opportunity.
With others
  • Patience with others has its priorities. These include dignity, self-respect and compassion. People who do this well are our heroes, like Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi. These patient fighters used patience as personal power. So can you.
    •  This is not about what you do; it's about how you do it.
    •  Patience with others means acknowledging differences. No and yes are equally important for staying in tune with patience and your goals.
    • It is not ‘turning the other cheek” while someone hits you. You can be angry and be dignified.
    • If someone pushes your buttons and is disrespectful, sometimes it's best to just say, good-bye. The only person you can change is yourself. Stand tall, talk softly and use eye contact to make your point
'Life is like an elevator. On your way up, sometimes you have to stop and let some people off.' ~ anon
Patience is an intuitive reality check. Experience reality. Be a sensual thinker.

Follow Your Dreams

Intuitive values are the stuff of dreams.

They drive our passions and bring us closer to the truth in our hearts.

Don't deny your dreams. When you close your eyes tonight, vow to dream from your heart. It will be magical.

Intuitive values are filters we feel and project as attitude. These include dignity, curiosity, courage, patience and gratitude. Trusting them is trusting our dreams. They bring us personal strength, social opportunity and professional direction. All of it makes us charismatic.

The grass is greener when we water it. If you want more from your dreams, give more to your waking moments. It’s really all about what you are willing to invest in your desires right now. - How much do you want it and what are you willing do?

Realizing dreams is includes realizing the importance of placing limits on limits. Generally, we are too hard on ourselves. This backfires, causing personal doubt and self-anger. Growth, disappointment and self-development are the natural ebb and flow of every aspect of life. We all have our seasons. Stay on your path with intuitive values and trust your rhythm and your efforts. Dance more.

Do what is right and then, allow tides of change in your Life to rise and fall without feeling responsible. Often, change shakes out important facts or rids us of trash. Use what you feel with your mind and think with your senses to stay aware of your heart and in touch with your dreams. Talk less and sense more to discover productive collaborations, clear communication and creative solutions.

"You are a worthy individual, no matter what your past, no matter what your thoughts, no matter who believes in you. You are life itself, growing and expanding and reaching upward. All people are valuable, beautiful and unique. Every experience you have is meant to teach you more about creating love in your life.” ~ Orin

When we follow our dreams it feels like love, divine dignity and peaceful joy. There are boundaries but no limits to enjoying the dance of Life.

Character

I was writing a post about boundaries and connected with character. Character is where we find strength of invisible boundaries that attract power, romance, personal satisfaction and success. Character relates to what you value.

Notice what you sense. Learn to find your intuitive boundaries. Use them to live richly and get what you need to have what you want.

Intuitive boundaries reveal personal perspectives that  give clarity for making smart choices. Transparent intuitive values protect personal boundaries. Understanding boundaries makes relationships smoother.

Sensual thinking bonds us with character. Thinking with your senses and feeling with your mind creates a protective balance of sensuality with morality. By depending on guidelines of courage, determination and patience, it is automatic to notice boundaries, feel direction and find focus. We ‘get’ it.  Stay clear about your sensual boundaries and be cool.

Our character is how we intuitively protect personal boundaries that bring respect.
  • C - charm feels irresistible because it's selfless. People who are charming make us feel good. When you compliment someone, you are being charming.
  • H - health is wealth. Without it we have no energy or opportunity. Health is part of mojo and what drives us to succeed.
  • A - awareness is sexy. We're aware from the inside out. Notice a fragrance, a sigh or body language. Share awareness and keep the energy flowing.
  • R - reason is the point of tipping balance or securing it. Reason is common sense and intelligence working together.
  • A - action is what change is. It feels good to be in sync with momentum.
  • C - caution is using foresight or prudence to screen the outcome of social and personal choices. It's security and back-up.
  • T - timing is everything. Talking less and sensing more keep us in rhythm with the dance of life.
  • E - easy to do what feels right. It's also being responsible. It's fun to do the right thing and get good results.
  • R - rest is rejuvenating. It's part of self-respect. Our rest has to balance with action, just like day balances with night. Cycles are part of nature and so are we. Respecting our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs to rest, brings clarity and strength to our waking moments.
Knowledge will give you power, but character brings respect. #Bruce Lee

Attitude is Personal Power

Attitude is something we say with our eyes and hear with our hearts.

Life is not about what we think; it’s about what we sense.

Be smart. Tune-in to attitude. You know more than you realize.
With the right attitude, anything is possible.

We are taught to think that life is what we think it is, but everyone over the age of 12 knows that life is full of the unthinkable and the unexpected. Besides emotions, we feel attitude. Attitude can make us aware or joyous. It is always the unspoken part of the conversation. Tuning-in to attitude is sensual syncing. It’s a natural way we communicate all the time.

People reveal who they are with attitude. The more we sense attitude, the cooler our options. If we sense liars or hypocrites, we protect ourselves. If we sense kindness or transparency, we relax. Sensual syncing guides us away from confused, unhealthy decisions. We 'get' attitudes because what we sense is deeper than appearance .

Sensing attitude is feeling with your mind. It's the powerful intuitive way to tune in that guide you to sense direction. When a situation is uncomfortable, knowing how you feel will guide smart choices. Thinking with your senses and feeling with your mind connects with the big picture to gives the powerful advantage of perspective. To sync with your intuitive safety net, search your heart  for feelings of dignity, self-discipline or courage. It's easy.

Attitude isn’t always personal. We don’t have to know each other to be able to connect with attitude. Sensual syncing is automatic. No matter what the words are, if the attitude is arrogant, angry or apathetic, it turns people off. When you are dignified, curious, courageous or patient, there is respect and there is no language barrier.

Things work out. With an attitude of self-respect, you can communicate without offending and make choices you don’t later regret. Sensual syncing is invisible body armor that keeps us open to possibilities, while protecting our decisions. Live your highest potential.

Timeless intuitive attitudes connect us with character, style, and each other. Feel your power. Go for your wildest dreams. Life is what we make it.
