Not Crazy

We're not crazy.

It's a wild ride. 

We're adapting, looking for comfort zones and solutions.  It's a wild ride to a new place of connection and compassion. It's clear what we see and feel.  Not pretty, but there are signs we recognise.

There is a certain private boldness inside, our inner power to sense answers. We're pioneers for peace, dignity and purpose. Questions and curiosity are good. Change is a process. Solutions will bring new options. 

Magic. 

The spark of Life is magic we share. We collaborate, make love and work to find emotional, social and physical balance. We're all connected. Our greatest power is the power to love. The drive to have social and environmental justice in the world today is brilliant sanity. 

Trees, insects, animals, plants and creatures of the seas and skies help and heal each other.  For every form of life, intuition is the multi-dimensional spark inside that affirms power and purpose. Feel your power to  connect. The universe is inside you.

Life is always adventure. 

Like birds, fish, flowers and trees, we are part of Nature.  Intuitive drive is our nudge toward purpose and each other. When a flower faces a storm and is bent and battered, it next reaches towards the sun, towards light. Until we die, we are flowers who experience seasons, storms, atrocities and soft warm breezes. There is always the option to sense light.

Connection, rejection, curiosity, enthusiasm, opportunity and reality are different for everyone. We are multidimensional and wear different hats for all kinds of reasons. Respecting multiple realities unlocks the power of perspective to have mind and heart open. We need that.

Intuition syncs with open-ended ways of dealing with responsibilities, pressures and needs. People are beautiful. We are lovers, friends, creators, workers, children, parents, humans who wear many hats. Boundaries like personal dignity, courage and love, protect, unite and free us from dogma. In crazy times it makes sense to break away from shackles clearly hostile to our planet and ourselves. 

Switching how we dress or talk to adapt to different social environments is intuitive smarts. It's how we survive. The expression is, code-switching.  which originates with POC.  We all do it – sometimes to fit in, sometimes to stand out.  We're free-falling with style. 

Intuitive passion's our free zone.

Intuition is an open portal. It's the free zone where time, desire and reality merge. Our responsibility is to work together, adapt and be flexible. Feel your magic. Sense the Sovereignty of Life.  Trust your gut.

A gut feeling is power. We can sense more and deeper. Syncing with soul signals our cultural shift to respecting the value of different realities. Mask Thoughts

Resilient.

Justice, truth and love are resilient and so are we. Pre-covid I bopped in and out of the city wearing dark red lipstick. Now I wear a red mask. I love NYC and the spontaneous 24/7 creative energy. 

I look forward to grabbing a slice at 2AM, eating it with strangers. The bakeries, the bars. People on subways and street corners, lovers standing close, musicians sharing inspiration, people with plans – and the excitement that will return.

Transcend the mask. 

A mask doesn’t cover a voice. Speak plainly about justice, stand-up for truth, express love. Look for balance and connections. Even with the mask, intuitive choices unlock potential to over-ride limits. The future is ours to create.

Sensing inner connections is the language of possibility. Sensing with heart highlights focus and clarity.  Bonds we need are screened in the head and highlighted at the heart. You are brighter than you know.  The flame burns inside. 

Behind masks, we are hard and soft, old, young, coping, curious, dreaming and hungry for happiness. It all matters. The inner light is on. Don’t ignore it. Freedom is precious. Hearts trapped by masks of time or loneliness or denial need to come out.  

Faces tell stories – the moist joy of smiles, a dry line of sarcasm, open grins with gaping teeth. Exhaustion, excitement, anticipation, anxiety, elation and peace are written on a face. I never thought about lips so much. Emotions, seeded with lips, root in the heart and can grow unspeakable desires and dreams. Every smile is cellular, unique and magnetic. 

 

Indulge in sensual thinking. Let the gentle kiss of curiosity open your mind. There is magic. If eyes are the window to the heart, is the mouth a sign-post of soul?  The way a mouth curves with words. The way lips part with surprise. Lips are exciting. Faces are maps.  

Don’t let the mask throw you off-balance. 

Masks are an absurd inconvenience in an absurd time, making a profound statement. Behind the mask is self-respect. We are brave. There is a lot of work to do.

Bravery keeps us steady. For balance and bravery our thoughts bounce with values like justice, truth and love. Intuition nudges us with courage, patience, dignity and curiosity that are indisputable. This is the beginning of glorious transformation. 

Never let a day pass without learning something. Create new rituals that are meaningful and uplifting. The path is open to build a more humane world where dignity and courage are valued.

 

Dignity and heart bring renewal and forgiveness. Dignity, self-respect, and faith in tomorrow are intuitive tools that transcend separation, isolation and loneliness. Sensuality is presence that fortifies dreams. 

When heat of a moment is balanced with  perspective of the heart, tangible harmonies form. Sense access to your heart. Start by going easy on yourself. We are all naked behind the mask.

 

Our insanity.

Even if this is insanity - it’s our insanity. We can handle it. That birds of sorrow and despair fly around your head, you cannot prevent. But that they build a nest in your hair, this you can prevent. Chinese proverb

When the sun shines, bathe in it. The future offers itself to our imaginations. Be curious. Trust values like justice, truth and love that thread through time. Hold them with your heart. 

 

Every part of our being is moving towards balance. Love holds us tight even when Life tilts. When we recognize love and forget all the answers, the mask fades away.

The present is all consuming. Smile behind the mask. Humor refreshes the soul, and as distractions slip away, our choices are reset with values and purpose. Perspective returns. Be grateful.  #janebernard

No matter what I start to write about, my words turn to love. Love heals, forces change, confirms faith and gives us the power to be great. 

Great love, like great justice, is insistent harmony that won't be denied.  Harmony in the home,  in the heart and in our world depends on it. 

Love and freedom are 2 sides of the cosmic orgasm of light that brings joy to Life. Everybody knows love is the ultimate solution to human problems but when subject comes up, we forget the all the answers. 

Trust the voice of your heart to taste the strength and feel the power of love. Challenges of global upheaval and daily uncertainty unsettle until we remember that the answer is love – the strong demanding kind that heals. 

I know that love is ultimately the only answer to mankind’s problems. And I’m going to talk about it everywhere I go. I know it isn’t popular to talk about it in some circles today. And I’m not talking about emotional bosh when I talk about love; I’m talking about a strong, demanding love. MLKjr. #courage

Approach challenges and the unknown from the place of love and things work out. Intuition is the spark of soul.  The gut feeling is crystal-clear insight where understanding problems and sensing answers happens in a breath. When we choose love, persistence marries patience and becomes passion. Our hearts open a new dimension. Follow the spark of soul. 

In every Lifetime, Love is the greatest high.

Sense the love inside. It chimes with every beat of your heart. Don’t take love for granted because the foundation will crumble. Strong love is the great enabler. It is the key.

Fine-tune your senses. 

Protect your heart. Use your intuitive radar to sense the demands of courage, freedom, kindness and justice –  and love will hold you. Through upheaval and pain, love and kindness unites us. 

Trust intuition and you will find love roaring through your veins. Love Freedom. Love Life. Love Dignity. Love Courage. Love Humility. It is always the right time to tune to love.

 

The lens of Love is angel wings of self-respect. 

Loving is gentle enough to tickle and wise enough to ride the wind. It is stronger than a promise and takes things as they come. The textures and edges of love are demanding voices of justice and truth. Dignity with love is the key to satisfaction. Ask questions. Self-respect is the strategy for healthy decisions.

 

The Grace of Love

Love highlights possibilities and brings dreams into focus. You can notice it everywhere.  Love is the elixir of Life. We are made by love. When trees worship the sun and wolves howl at the moon, it's love.  Open your heart to the magic.

Time moves fast.

Cosmic joke.

In the stream of time love is never out of the picture. It's the touch of passion, the blessing of Life. Love is the kiss of confidence that transcends moments. Time moves fast. Love is timeless. The cosmic joke is that answers we seek are inside of us.

    

Old habits, like systemic racism, are humiliating for everyone. Memories are a place we go looking for answers we already know. It's not the best way. Nothing's feeling really smooth. Time's moving fast.

Daily changes are jarring. Every action is under scrutiny. No one is a bystander. We react intuitively to risk. Natural drive to move with a positive attitude is real. Use it to stream with time.

Sensing grounds us in time so the moment is truly ours. To solve a problem and find our way, we have to understand it. Turn to what feels fresh and right. React with  dignity. to what matters. You are in the middle of a turbulent love affair with Life. Love is not always easy, but it's worth the effort. Life is great.

We can handle the hard stuff.

Honesty and self-respect are intuitive tools that never become obsolete. They free our head. The flame of Life burns deep inside. Keep it turned on. Every person can use some mercy right now.

Nothing is predictable. Change feels rough. We're riding the train of Life, going through dark tunnels. The sun comes up and goes down. Time moves fast, sometimes quicker than a breath.

Intuitive tools like courage, tenacity,clear the way to peace of mind and renew uplifting landscapes of dignity and love. With  determination and patience,  productivity and purpose form a new picture. The sun rises.

We are pioneers.

Be courageous, stand strong and tune to the difference between right and wrong and you will channel vitality that drives change. We are best in the spontaneous moment of sensing.understanding. We know more than we realize. 

You have skills. Trust your heart and mind to screen out voices programmed to distract you from your power. The ability to sense fine-tunes our capacity to find new solutions. The mysterious 'gut feeling' transcends stress, emotions and logic to protect our deepest values. We can handle the hard stuff.

Identities aren't seamless.

Question stereotypes. Question roles we're forced to play. Love your soul. There are male and female inside all of us. We are both soft and hard. Stereotypes are obsolete. Don't let your spirit be torn by loneliness or denial. This is the time to reframe attitude. Attitude is as important as ability for success.

Survival is more than amazing. It's a miracle.

Change the words to your song and start singing again. Turn night into day. Talk about love. Music is a magic elixir. It frees pain, invites love, celebrates joy, feels loss, shares hope, inspires wonder and renews faith from the bondage of hard times. Dance until you fly. 

What was, no longer is. Yesterday's gone. Today there's time, freedom and energy for what matters. Notice what you sense and shed what no longer is right. Move with time We're building new comfort zones. Be true to your soul.

Use your beautiful eyes to see what's hidden. Hear the music of trees growing. Touch love. Remember your heart. Stereotypes are programmed. Be fantastic. You're an original. Trust your gut.

You are born to succeed. Choose integrity, diversity, respect, accountability and flexibility. Ride with time. You won't be disappointed or get lost. Feel the music. Be playful. Be loyal to your values. Exceed expectations and Love.

Presence

True peace isn't the absence of tension. It's the presence of justice. #MLKjr

Needing justice never stops. Justice is not an algorithm. It cannot be programmed or demanded. It's presence with purpose, compassion and self-respect. Bringing justice  is not being color blind. It's being real. The fight for human rights bleeds from generations of wounds. Justice will not be denied.

Wheels of change turn and the grind is fine. Courage isn't optional. In the pursuit of justice, do not let violence win your heart. It's a trap. Dignity stands with justice. Use courage to sense the power of love to meet obstacles with dignity.  

Justice is the pot of gold.

Change  is more intense than we imagine. Everyone has a role. Use your eyes, ears, mind and heart to observe, learn and improve. Our differences make us beautiful. 

Rainbows are colors that together land in the pot of gold. We all want it. The only way to get there is together. Justice is presence. Everybody can sense it. Justice is accountable. 

Loving is the persuasive thrust of courage. Love harder and love will surprise you. It's resilient and does not judge.  Love from the soul is independent presence that demands self-respect. 

Focus from your heart on freedom and justice and there is nothing to fear.  This is a crossroads.  Use courage to hear new answers. Organize and educate for presence and purpose. 

Justice is organic. Courage is the flame of dignity. We are the heart of what is. The picture is changing.  Ingrained racism in the fabric of society is being shredded. Courage and love are our power.  No stone goes unturned. 

Weed out synthetic values

Don't buy into mass hype because it has nothing to do with you. Old ways that are dried up or corrupt are a trap. Media is a rabbit hole of misinformation and shady options. The yellow brick road we're on is littered with scarecrows and cowardly lions. Tin men and women worship the system. 

If someone sells out, that's their problem. You know who you are. You don't need permission to think for yourself.  See the biggest picture. That's the place of justice.

Life is precious. We are dying of a disease that makes no sense. Don't let priorities blur. Everyone is facing the grime and folly of past choices. No more cover-ups. Enough is enough. Curiosity with open eyes, mind and heart is a noble passion and courage is pure soul-dignity. That's who we are. 

There is no comfort zone. 

Tension is part of change. You are part of something bigger than pain.  It's no secret that our spirit is always talking to us. Sense the truth. Character and courage are common sense.  The answer is always love. 

See love letters in the clouds or joy in a baby's smile. There is music in your heart. Feel who you love even if they are a galaxy away. Let your presence resonate with love, and courage will lift you up. 

Healthy change uproots habits that deny self-respect. The path of transformation is lit. Large clear guide-lines of courage, patience and dignity are visible. Being present means being very clear about personal, political, social and spiritual boundaries. 

Talk less and sense more. Find even the smallest opportunity to create change.  

True peace.

Great power unites with fundamental principles of what is right and just. It never degenerates into mere force. Greatness and Justice bonded together cannot be destroyed. Patience is a powerful weapon. Patience and self-respect are intuitive tools. 

Together, we are the power. Patience infused with courage is presence. It is true peace. Trust your gut. Intuition is presence that drives clarity. 

Life squeezes us through narrow spaces. Inescapable truth that must be addressed is not always pleasant. Justice will not be cheated. Use dignity to build community. Collaborate, coordinate and build a new tomorrow. Moral courage is soul - an intuitive blast of faith, attitude and confidence.

The foundation for justice is truth.  All life deserves to be treated with respect and dignity.

The November election is a vote for humanity. Imagine peace, justice and nourishment for all.  Society will never be perfect but there are answers whose presence is waiting to be discovered.  Revolution is not a onetime event. #AudreLorde

CARE

Every time our heart is broken, a doorway cracks opens to a world of new beginnings and opportunity. 

We’re hard-wired for happiness. We are born to care.  Appreciate things and people that matter most and gratitude will sweep you off your feet. 

Practice kindness and love and your heart will sing. Keep your eyes and mind open, alert. This is a time of looking back and looking forward. Tomorrow’s going to be a better day.

No matter who you are, your heart is pumping and your lungs are sucking O_2. Don’t undervalue the gift and power of being alive. Problems facing us are solvable when we think from the seat of our soul. Notice what you sense. Be on fire.

CARE is a commitment with purpose. It's courage. Change driven by compassion, awareness, reason and purpose comes from the heart. Caring is logic, experience and heart working together. It takes energy and humility to care. It takes energy to sense what’s right. Do it your way. Some choose prayer, meditation, conversation or collaboration. Together we can:

Germany has a joint government and corporate reparations fund for education called, “Memory, Responsibility and Future”. Labor rights, medical care, education and paid vacations are human rights in Europe and Scandinavia.  We can do this.

Dignity, courage and humility are our intuitive hot-line.   Power and money need to be balanced by kindness and generosity to mend a broken country, to mend the broken hearts. Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can come together. 

Address problems at their root. Feeding someone and questioning why they are hungry are not the same. Have conversations about ideas and values. Dignity is everyone’s birthright. There are no trade-offs or short-cuts for caring. Be smart.

Maintain your highest standards. Honor, courage and dignity are our intuitive voice. We can respect, love, hope and forgive without being naïve. Question everything. Only you are responsible for your personal development. Happiness is hard-wired into us but our soul is not naïve.

Live with as much love as you can. It is the force inside. If love is respect, then every relationship is about love. A broken heart is just growing pains until the real thing comes along. Don’t allow anyone or anything to rob your peace of mind.

We are the ones who are going to make America live up to its ideals. Our culture is contaminated. It’s time to clean-up. Let’s take an honest view of our country’s strengths and weaknesses. What has been callous and tragic must be faced. The truth is always alive.  Leaders we want and need are ourselves. We have to care.

Apathy is ignorance that happens when we take stuff for granted. Dignity is the antidote. Dignity is caring. When we clean-up who we are, we change the world.
