Mask Thoughts

Resilient.

Justice, truth and love are resilient and so are we. Pre-covid I bopped in and out of the city wearing dark red lipstick. Now I wear a red mask. I love NYC and the spontaneous 24/7 creative energy. 

I look forward to grabbing a slice at 2AM, eating it with strangers. The bakeries, the bars. People on subways and street corners, lovers standing close, musicians sharing inspiration, people with plans – and the excitement that will return.

Transcend the mask. 

A mask doesn’t cover a voice. Speak plainly about justice, stand-up for truth, express love. Look for balance and connections. Even with the mask, intuitive choices unlock potential to over-ride limits. The future is ours to create.

Sensing inner connections is the language of possibility. Sensing with heart highlights focus and clarity.  Bonds we need are screened in the head and highlighted at the heart. You are brighter than you know.  The flame burns inside. 

Behind masks, we are hard and soft, old, young, coping, curious, dreaming and hungry for happiness. It all matters. The inner light is on. Don’t ignore it. Freedom is precious. Hearts trapped by masks of time or loneliness or denial need to come out.  

Faces tell stories – the moist joy of smiles, a dry line of sarcasm, open grins with gaping teeth. Exhaustion, excitement, anticipation, anxiety, elation and peace are written on a face. I never thought about lips so much. Emotions, seeded with lips, root in the heart and can grow unspeakable desires and dreams. Every smile is cellular, unique and magnetic. 

 

Indulge in sensual thinking. Let the gentle kiss of curiosity open your mind. There is magic. If eyes are the window to the heart, is the mouth a sign-post of soul?  The way a mouth curves with words. The way lips part with surprise. Lips are exciting. Faces are maps.  

Don’t let the mask throw you off-balance. 

Masks are an absurd inconvenience in an absurd time, making a profound statement. Behind the mask is self-respect. We are brave. There is a lot of work to do.

Bravery keeps us steady. For balance and bravery our thoughts bounce with values like justice, truth and love. Intuition nudges us with courage, patience, dignity and curiosity that are indisputable. This is the beginning of glorious transformation. 

Never let a day pass without learning something. Create new rituals that are meaningful and uplifting. The path is open to build a more humane world where dignity and courage are valued.

 

Dignity and heart bring renewal and forgiveness. Dignity, self-respect, and faith in tomorrow are intuitive tools that transcend separation, isolation and loneliness. Sensuality is presence that fortifies dreams. 

When heat of a moment is balanced with  perspective of the heart, tangible harmonies form. Sense access to your heart. Start by going easy on yourself. We are all naked behind the mask.

 

Our insanity.

Even if this is insanity - it’s our insanity. We can handle it. That birds of sorrow and despair fly around your head, you cannot prevent. But that they build a nest in your hair, this you can prevent. Chinese proverb

When the sun shines, bathe in it. The future offers itself to our imaginations. Be curious. Trust values like justice, truth and love that thread through time. Hold them with your heart. 

 

Every part of our being is moving towards balance. Love holds us tight even when Life tilts. When we recognize love and forget all the answers, the mask fades away.

The present is all consuming. Smile behind the mask. Humor refreshes the soul, and as distractions slip away, our choices are reset with values and purpose. Perspective returns. Be grateful.  #janebernard

Natural Soul

Freedom.

Natural soul is the breath of inner freedom that cannot be contained. It is a barely perceptible breeze that makes us friendly. Every soul tunes to dreams, destiny and rituals of loving. Turn to the ocean of your own essence. It is the doorway to ecstasy. Your soul is priceless. It is the inner light of sensuality and self-respect. 

We are born with passion for truth that keeps coming, like the ocean. Your natural soul is inner potential. Your mind is free, like the wind. You are beautiful. No one can define you. Accept no limits that do not agree with your heart. Sunlight comes from your smile and through your eyes. 

Nature never gives up. Our noble planet is alive. It is a potential paradise. The earth has soul that nourishes all life. Food you eat comes from the earth's soul. Taste the minerals in your sweat. There is so much beauty. We are not in this alone. We are one world. One unique humanity. One soul. 

Most people want the same thing. 

Compassion is the touchstone of soul.  Souls blend and expand with love, honor, courage and humility. Sometimes it’s exquisite. Life changes and doesn't change. Our job is to keep dancing, feel the music and share it with others. 

Natural soul is pure. Act with morality, not because it's right, but because it's the way things are created to bring soul satisfaction. Everything is possible. Your soul is irrepressible. Don't base your life on other people's expectations #steviewonder. 

Ask questions. Don't be satisfied with the status quo. Find truth, feel love, live honorably and you will be enlightened. Know your limitations and then defy them. Soul satisfaction is inner music that brings purpose and confidence. Life is sacred. 

Take cues from the elegance and tenacity of nature to navigate change. Look for cause and effect. Dig deeper until you are satisfied. The bigger picture is our safe-zone. Let go of what offends your soul. Value moments. Sense the wonder, humility and grace inside your that connects us all.

Share your voice.

Don’t be pulled into drama others try to create. Sense perspective and the voice of your heart. Stay curious. 

Align with justice and love. Intuition is the call to be dignified, courageous and protect life. It is the powerful voice of soul. 

Defy limitations.

Physical and mental strength are assets we can expand. Focus on what needs to be accomplished. Every choice we make participates to create the future.

Push outside your comfort zone. Break down barriers and create opportunities. Be passionate. Commit to doing what it takes. Defy limitations. Do what feeds your soul. Sometimes we surprise ourselves and do more than we ever imagined. 

Throw off chains of dogma and politics with a strategy of dignity. Concentrate on being rational and ethical to navigate the economy, politics and happiness. Go easy on yourself. Stay tuned to soul by trusting values that endure, like dignity, humility, courage and love. Stay curious. The nudge in your gut is soul. It protects you. 

Choose personal honor.

Personal honor is the heart of soul. Evolve with dignity and beauty. Love your beautiful heart. We’re on this planet together. It's common sense to respect all life. If one beach is polluted, every beach in the world will be. If water in one country is polluted, then all water carries the bacteria. If one person is in bondage, no person is free. Recycle. Reclaim our planet's soul dignity and reconnect your natural self with love and laughter. #janebernard

Moving

Stung by the stigma of dispair created by apathy, the future feels threatened. We're moving. We sense needs and unite for what is right. Survival is intuitive.

Change is an act of courage. Risk is inescapable. Moving ahead, be fully committed to what you believe. Maintain an open mind.

An open mind means, staying aware that we may possibly be wrong. The universe has bigger plans for us than we imagine.

Courage is the foundation all personal values. It is Bravery + Wisdom. Everyone has purpose and ability to choose but when perspective is lost, we become complacent. Apathy is never an option. If we are not courageous, we become slaves. Freedom includes taking the risk of honoring your heart.

                              Are we in bondage?

The system of democracy is broken, but it is not beyond repair. Fear brings alienation and anxiety. Intuitively we turn to sensitivity, awareness and responsibility to create radical change.

With great courage we join ideas and work together to re-establish liberty throughout our land. Express your own original ideas. Trust your inner nobility and act with dignity and vision.

The president-elect(2016) ran his campaign on boasting, fear and lies. Bullies are cruel, afraid, insecure and dangerous. They create despair. The media, instigating fear, repeated every cruel slur, as if being paid off. Mr. Trump kept insisting the election was rigged. And now since he's won, it's easy to believe that this was the truth.

Confronted by change, we intuitively make decisions that define the essence of our being. Moving ahead to preserve an equitable and humane future is to live with greatness. You are part of something bigger. The future is yours to create. Be great.

Fear of losing freedom drives us feel inner faith. Faith is not being able to see the future; it is being clear about what you're doing to create it. Tune to your inner nobility by noticing what you sense. Courage is the capacity for thinking and listening holistically. We must think outside the box to uncover creative change that heals our democracy and our world. 

Intuitive thinking is very simple. The more we develop our senses, the higher our levels of sensitivity.  Notice what you see, hear, taste, touch and smell. Simple physical sensitivity builds moral courage. As long as we have moral courage, we will never be victims.

Courage comes from the French word meaning, heart. With the election of a man who ran his campaign as the 'biggest bully,' we are forced to leap into unknown change with a commitment of heart. Courage is not rash, it is productive. It is not the way to compensate for fear, but instead it is the intuitive way we maintain dignity.

A puppy becomes a dog by instinct and an acorn becomes a tree naturally, but we must be courageous. A commitment to courage is required to create the future We are all leaders and teachers. Notice who you follow. Be humble when you lead.

1. From bondage to spiritual faith; 

2. From spiritual faith to great courage; 

3. From courage to liberty; 

4. From liberty to abundance; 

5. From abundance to complacency; 

6. From complacency to apathy; 

7. From apathy to dependence; 

8. From dependence back into bondage.”

Continuity

What is constant is the naked radiance of Truth. It's easy to feel. Sensuality is presence that unfolds truth to drive us to recognize ourselves, each other and inspiration.  

Riding the light rail of time keeps us in touch with bright unchanging lanes of intuitive continuity. 

Everyone has a timeline. Sensuality is perspective along the way that drives us to be creative. We are all part of the cosmic heart beating. 

Creativity is spirituality that transcends time to give birth to the unexpected, the amazing and the real. We navigate energy of Life with our senses. And so we are drawn to the bright lights of change.

With eyes, ears, mind, heart, skin and mouth, we uncover the moving path of starlight beneath our feet. Being in sync with the present, we feel alert. See yourself as part of a bigger picture. The portal of continuity is perspective, love and joy.

Intuitive strategies like dignity, curiosity, courage and patience are spiritual gifts of common sense. These bring us continuity with purpose. Moving with the lightness of being, completion is ecstatic and soothing. It's definitely personal.

Responding to what we sense is good, builds powerful momentum that  propels us forward. We don't have to be heroes but we do have to be responsible for our choices. 

We are lucky to be alive. Odds of being conceived are worse than winning the Powerball lottery. We begin life searching for continuity and purpose. Being flexible and adapting to change is the excitement of survival.

Every breath we take is part of the chain of Living. Amazement, dignity and (com)passion are playgrounds of Love in the schoolyard of life. The sky is a suspended blue ocean. The stars are a school of fish. Have fun with your senses. Be cosmic. Tune-in to character. Trust yourself.

Sensing in organic feng shui that relieves stress, uncluttering space and time for living. Time is the essence of Life. It's all we have. No one knows when their number is up. With limited time to follow our bliss, pay bills, achieve our dreams and enjoy each other, it's good to live sensually.  

Stay true to yourself. No matter what is happening, you must move on. The intuitive point of change is the light of continuity found with courage and patience. Life is rarely predictable. Be curious, play and reflect to understand problems, thoughts and situations. There are no limits to how things come together. 

Our creative advantage is amazing. We are born into a portal of change. Move with the Light. Curiosity is the gentle kiss of an open mind. Get kissed with your eyes open. Enjoy the unexpected.

Days are exciting, demanding and rewarding. Having it all is not what we anticipate and more than we imagine.  It's a balancing act. The unexpected and impossible happens. Pressures and expectations create stress and fear. 

Sensing grounds us. Notice what you see, hear, taste, touch to feel refreshed emotional balance and re-align reason. Tap into your natural creativity. Thinking with all 6 senses is protective, empowering and fun. 

You are full of Light. Courage balanced by curiosity is the ritual that teaches us who we are. Courage mainlines enthusiasm. Practice courage. There are things more important in life than fear. 

An intuitive nudge is bluntly firm because that’s the way the truth is. Nothing is more powerful than the truth. Courage and curiosity are intuitive. Stay curious. When stress sends up red-flags, tune-in to what you sense is honorable and true. There are options. Trust courage. Sometimes it feels right to hold back. Sometimes it feels good to fit in.

Thinking with 6 senses naturally resets expectations and timing to guide priorities into focus. Our senses take cues from streams of change and rhythms of living. The senses have two purposes: (1) bring pleasure or (2) alert for protection. It's simple.

We all stand on someone’s shoulders. Courage is calm and dignified like Martin Luther King Jr. It's easy to recognize.

We catch the spark. People who trust their inner courage like Beyonce and Nelson Mandela inspire dignified courage in us. We need our heroes.

Intuition is grounding common sense that everyone has. It's the natural stress-buster that transcends fear and prejudice and sidesteps hypocrisy and doubts. Courage is intuitive. Your dignity and personal commitment that doesn’t need to be justified. It is solid ground.

Peace is power. Common inner drive for balance and justice keeps us together. To destroy seeds of hypocrisy and blow-off prejudice in our world, blind it with the light of your inner courage.
