Taking Back The Future

Our responsibility is to heal our planet and ourselves.

Every person and every form of Life matters. We are taking back the future.

We breathe the same air and drink same water. That makes us globally one. As we work together to heal our planet, we heal ourselves. Nature’s lessons and our future, is about balance.

We need to think differently.  The way  is to collaborate and communicate with mutual respect and shared values. Greed and suffering throw us and our planet out of balance . It takes courage, dignity, tenacity and curiosity  to bring change.

Gratitude for our planet and all the life it sustains is a good beginning. Intuitive values we share like dignity and courage form a collective moral force bringing us balance we need.

Sensual thinking is the simplicity of what we sense, the honesty of what we feel and the anchor of what we know from experience
  • Our senses keeps us aware of choices
  • Intuition guides us to recognize the bigger perspective and experience long-term satisfaction.
  • Balancing innovation with experience keeps us in the groove of change.
Change is  normal. Staying in step with change is done by staying clear about what does not change. Our ability to feel what is right does not change. In a crisis, everyone intuitively feels courage, dignity, patience, curiosity, determination, prudence, foresight, tenacity, grace and self-control in order to do what is right. When we do what's right, we are never alone.

With over 300,000 people showing courage and tenacity by attending the Climate Change march this weekend in NYC, we are past barriers of invisibility. Around the world there are cries to heal our planet. We can be braver. We are evolving with an attitude of unity for our planet. Our lifeline is intuitive.  Our shared sense of right and wrong is transparent communication.

Sensing justice and truth
crosses all age and cultural boundaries. Courage and curiosity are our flexible, cohesive foundation for working together for the greater good. We already think with our senses to know what's present and feel with our minds to know what's right.
Working together we are taking back the future.

Litter

You can’t litter negativity everywhere and then wonder why you’ve got a trashy life.

History is full of trash. It's time to stop repeating cycles of ignorance, negativity and destruction from the past, and protect our humanity and global needs.

Environmental health mirrors human health.

We all breathe the same air and drink the same water.  Our needs transcend political, social and cultural boundaries.  Air we breathe, water we drink and food we eat are not optional.  The future is ours to create.

Protecting our planet from abuse created by greed and litter is common sense. Once we commit to choices that feel dignified, we accomplish them.

No matter what differences exist, we are one world. As we respect our planet, we respect ourselves. Make the choice to survive and thrive. 'Litter' kindness and common sense to stay in step with real needs in your heart and healthy goals for all.

Choose kindnessSmile more.
Undo negativity by sharing insights and enjoyment. Use your heart to spread love, wisdom and peace. Share your dignity.

There has always been, and will always be, evil and negativity in the world. It cannot stop us from connecting for the global good by using the strength of invisible boundaries of character.  Character keeps us clear about priorities. Courage and self-respect are strategies for satisfaction. We grow by being aware of change and each other.

Humor is an easy reality check.

Why not litter good cheer? Common sense is not always logical. Sensing what matters is intuitive thinking. Thinking with our senses keeps us present and feeling common sense with our mind brings refreshing balance to life.
China

There is a collective moral force bringing us into the Humanitarian Age. It’s humbling, exhilarating, exciting and noble.
Our priorities must be respecting needs and dreams we share.

Transparent intuitive strategies like courage and dignity are global boundaries that bring healthy decisions and clear communication.

 Say, 'YES', to you.

Have faith in your personal power of self-respect. Being dignified is having faith 'watch your back.' Make wisdom yours by trusting it.

There are more than 7 billion people in our world. The same things that make us unique are what we all have in common.

No other person in the world has your:

  • Scent
  • DNA
  • Fingerprints
  • Vision
  • Hearing
  • Dreams
  • Hungers
  • Physical needs: sleep, sex, health
  • Problems
  • Survival instinct
  • Scars

Everyone in the world has:

Personal/Global/Environmental health is priority.
We are all pieces of the big heart that is our world.

Timing

The Option.

I wrote a post for the site this week called, Good Timing. Sure, good timing feels like luck. The fact is that while luck is out of our control, good timing is always an option. So how do we find it? We get curious and Click the link.We tune to our 6th sense. Yep, in fact good timing is always luck and action. Thinking sensually is never passive

Passion.

We know about passion - our world has so much that we hear someone screaming every day, and hardly notice. It's not a sensual passion because we're not making the connection. Without connecting, time slips away.

Notice what you sense. Intuition is the gift that is in-tune with wonder and appreciation for having made it this far. It's a wake-up call. Good timing changes everything.

Comfort.

Make the choice to identify with solid personal passions that focus on what feels 'right'Choice is more than knowing what to do and the secret in the wanting. Wanting is something you feel deeply that has no words. Sensing what feels right keeps your choices in tune with what you really want - and how to get it. Sensual thinking easily finds comfort that feels like balance. Think less, sense more and you will find 'it'.

Being in sync with change makes timing a 'no brainer'. Feeling with our minds connects with heartfelt responsibility to passions and values. It's powerful. Sensual thinking is a collective moral force bringing us into a new Humanitarian Age. It's humbling, exhilarating, sexy and noble.

Failure.

The only time we fail is when we give up. Everybody falls off the wagon. Starting fresh is personal power. Life evolves by our choices and habits. The responsibility is to ourselves. No one makes us do anything. Take control of challenges by knowing yourself better. Think less, sense more and be amazed.

Love.

Timing is being in sync with change. We get where we want to go, when we are brave enough to trust what feels deeply right. Love happens spontaneously. Courage is not an option; it's part of the spark of life. Feel it to connect with timing. Get what you want. You are born to be humble, exhilarated, sexy and noble. Talk less, sense more, be amazed. Use your intuitive brain power.

May your eyes shine with insight and potential and may the waves of time be kind to you.
Live your dream.

The (R)evolution

"Revolution is not a onetime event."~A. Lorde

We are shedding a past gutted with strife and greed to dance forward with change. By embracing challenges with heart, body, mind and soulnatural evolution towards collaboration, transparent communication and celebration of creativity for the common good is in front of us. We are evolving. The past is history. Today is opportunity.

Thought (r)evolution keeps us curious. It feels right. We fine-tune our lives while
riding the crest of change. We are resetting the moral compass, connecting with character and over-riding dogma to turn a page in history.

Intuition spikes natural dignity. Todays (r)evolution is a blend of hard earned-wisdom from the past 2000 years with the tech driven effervescent opportunities pinging through our world today. We sense a constant reality check clarifying values and boundaries that connect us. Evolving a mode of global collaboration for the greatest good. means, celebrating our differences by trusting what we have in common.

Be sensible. Talk less and sense more. Sensing enhances what is natural and flexible. It's so simple, we don't realize we do it. Sensing tunes into momentum. It's refreshing, exciting and grounding to
ride with change.

Sensual thinking is common sense - evolutionary way to communicate.

Sensual connections celebrate natural creativity and love. Sensing is how we protect ourselves and make safe choices. With intuition, there are no cultural boundaries or dogma. Like water, change is everywhere. It morphs and serves our lives. Stay curious and dignified. Communicate by tuning into self-respect, courage and grace. Affirm your inner character.

Everything cultural and natural changes. Even versions of "the truth" go in and out of fashion. Tuning to what's relevant like love, good health and smart choices, is powerful. Thinking with your senses and feeling with your mind reinforces your part of the biggest picture. Sensual thinking highlights courage and dignity in your mind. It's common sense to evolve for the greater good.

Last night, I was at a classic NYC party honoring photographer Lucien Clergue,  known for his erotic, elegant, playful photographs. He’s 90 and the event was full of interesting people, including a man who introduced himself as in “mergers and acquisitions”. When I said that the industrial age was dead, he became offended, reminding me that equipment we use today is from the industrial age. He was hung up on words and a small picture of whats happening. The DOGMA that created the industrial age is no longer relevant. And thanks to computer technology, a lot of the equipment isn't either.

Be in tune with change and relevant choices. New possibilities emerge every day. By changing how you think. you will effectively deal with personal and global issues in new ways. Sensual thinking is not memorizing answers; it's recognizing answers in the context of important personal and global values and change.

Rely on intuitive values you trust and you can think clearly and with natural courage when you sense stress.  It takes dignity to push open doors to a new Humanitarian Age. Thought evolution is cool.

Intuitive Way to Relax

It's time to relax.

Tune-in to what you sense. You will find answers and unexpected opportunities   When you talk less and sense more, you notice your intuition. Things come together and you relax.

New solutions, alternatives and possibilities appear every day. Sensing what feels right is how to be in touch with timing. Life feels smooth.

Be in rhythm with change.

Change is constant. Use your eyes, nose, mouth, tongue, lips, ears and hands to sense it. Our senses  guide us to feel with our mind and so we anticipate change and make smart choices.

Our mind needs to connect with our body and spirit through our senses to relax. Sensing  with curiosity opens the picture and relaxes us.

Noticing what we sense keeps the picture clear so that where we are, is where we  belong.
The rigid, stress producing, assembly-line mentality of the industrial age is over.

Sensuality is flexible. Our eyes, ears, nose and heart constantly respond to the changing environment. Stretch your mind and your body to fully relax and be in the moment.

Relax by being in-tune with what feels right

You are part of a Humanitarian Age of collaboration and transparent communication that honors creative thinking for the greater good. We are connecting around the world to bring change and awareness. It's challenging and exciting. Sensing is the naturally creative way to stay clear about what's real and how to make the most of life. Tune-in to humor. It's a stress-buster. Remember to laugh.

Sensuality expands options.

With technology and Life always updating, things stay refreshed. Intuitively there is always an answer to be found. Make choices in tune in to what feels right to your body, mind and heart, and decisions will make sense and be less stressful. You will discover that when you eat for good health and energy that you sync your body and your responsibilities. You relax.

Simple sensuality unwinds stress. Intuitive boundaries like dignity, curiosity and courage bring confidence and purpose to your decisions. It's comfortable and relaxing and the result is smart choices.

Tuning to what you sense is liberating

It's your intuitive strategy to respond with dignity, courage, patience and curiosity to what feels right and wrong in our world. Hype and hypocrites have no place in the transparent 21st century. When we talk less and sense more, we relax. Sensual thinking is reality check that feels like justice.

Unwind your mind – sense your heart to stay with your ability to learn and cope. You have inner power to relax. Sensual thinking is the handrail on the Stairway to Heaven.

Change 2014 - Sensual Thinking

Everywhere we read, change is in the air. It's a fact of life. When you connect with change in your life, it's a chairlift to pleasure and ease. Navigating change and staying in sync takes know-how. We need filters to be clear about what's truly in our real interests, to know what we're looking for, where we are going, read between the lines, know what's true and hear what's actually being said.

Because media drives us with fear by focusing on what is foul in our world, because big business has knocked us off balance by saying we are not in control of our time choices - that our work is, we are chafing, out of sync with what feels good and feeling stuck. However, because we can think differently, we do notice what we want and what we need. We are connecting with change. Sensual thinking is the handrail of confidence, making personal and global priorities clear.

We're no longer divided. Technology has shown us we're a global culture. We no longer have just one way to think. Search engines have freed us from the draconian idea that there is only one way to dress or one way to build a business.  We feel out what's best and think for ourselves.

There is a common universal handrail of enduring intuitive wisdom to stay on the path of change. It is thinking with our senses and feeling with our minds. We can know when we're headed towards love, success and deep personal satisfaction - or not.

The truth is not date-stamped. It never needs to be defended. Iconic intuitive values like dignity, courage and patience are our personal liberation. Nelson Mandela is a clear beacon of this.

We can step out of the matrix of commercially-induced mindsets. It's our world and our time to take control of it. We are thinking differently by fine tuning what we sense is right. We are not going to repeat the social patterns of the past. Sensing is transparent and timeless. It's a reality check that keep the bigger picture in focus.

Thinking with our senses and feeling with our mind puts personal intuitive wisdom front and center of the decision-making process. Thinking sensually is the clear way to collaborate, create and communicate our ways out of the morass of fear, abuse and disillusionment of the past to a renewed connection with community, creativity, self-confidence, and pleasure. We are entering a New Humanitarian Age.

Sensual thinking is innovation working with the actuality of wisdom from the past to create a bridge to the future. It is thought evolution that is our powerful, timely way to think in sync with change.

Iconic values like dignity and tenacity bring clarity that connects with inner confidence and faith. We can feel a natural inner strength that has nothing to do with any religion. Instead, it's a foundation of wisdom gleaned from lessons of humanity that transcend religions and generations.

Confidence is a mind/heart connection. Feeling courage, dignity, tenacity or curiosity with your mind is the natural intuitive way that you connect with your heart. The new way to think opens our mind/heart/soul connections. It's not intellectual or emotional. It is liberating.

If you are not sure whether you believe something because its dogma or if its a universal human truth, sleep on it. You will know when you wake up. The truth is a feeling we call clarity. It feels like being in step with change.

Be your own hero, live the truth!

Start fine-tuning your senses to connect with your inner truth.

Change in Step with Time

Kiss in step with change. Can technology spread love? Why not?!  When you feel joy in your heart, it makes room for cosmic understanding. Words are not necessary to describe it. It feels good.

Since our eyes and ears favor no particular point of view, it makes sense to keep an open mind. We do this by trusting what feels right. That's feeling with your mind.  Feeling with your mind includes experiencing courage, curiosity and dignity. What we feel with our mind are powerful guidelines that keep us in step with our moments. These feelings can't be memorized or mentally mastered. Instead these come innocently in response to what we see, hear, taste, touch or smell - in the moment.

In a video, people see a mistletoe drone and immediately feel like kissing. Technology creates the opportunity for focus and your senses provide it. Music creates that same kind of focus. Think with your senses, feel with your mind. You will connect with what feels right. It might be love or it might be the opportunity of a lifetime.

Thinking with your senses and feeling with your mind creates sensual focus with a bigger picture perspective for the greater good. This 21st century way of thinking is personal power found in easy sensual awareness.  Welcome to the new Humanitarian Age.
