Taste Life.

Sensing makes the ordinary extraordinary.

The uniquely human thrill of tasting life is the buffer zone between you and stress. Follow shadows with your eyes. Taste flavors, feel textures, inhale a passing fragrance, touch lips. Sensing and stress are not compatible.

Ring in the new year with passion and freedom. My resolution is to taste what I eat, give eye contact when I talk and to love more

Passion is sensuality that shimmers with potential and action. It's our appetite for Life. Really tasting life refreshes everything. The secret journey of the soul is a natural hum of happiness.

Sensuality is the texture and feel of human connection. We sense style - our own and others. Discover yours by noticing what you sense, especially when you eat.

How you eat mirrors the way you interact in relationships. Eat with heart, style and confidence. Swallow what you love. Be grateful that you have food. Great style is being clear about priorities. It's about taste. Do you savor flavor or eat really fast?

Recognize what's important by eating for energy and taste. If you do this for a week, you will automatically be less stressed and more discriminating in other areas of your Life. You will find self-control is easier. Train your brain to choose the hum of happiness. Sensuality is presence. Indulge yourself and feel it.
  • Let your tongue, mouth, body and mind receive the flavor of nourishment.
  • Chew slowly and let digestion happen naturally. Intuitive eating is tuning-in to natural physical rhythms and sensual patterns. We are not machines.
Machines can’t love. They can’t experience real desire or know what spontaneity is. Machines can’t taste food. They have no soul. It's great to be alive. Only you can know the hum of happiness. Machines fake it.

When Life is stressful, it's common to lose touch with personal humanity. Then, we eat without tasting and forget to breathe.
  • Sense what feels right to get out of your head.
  • Breathe deeply before you eat to connect with dignity
  • Have dessert.
  • Make a commitment to feel your body at mealtime.
  • Be happy.
Taste is the decider of style. Everything you taste with your eyes, lips, tongue, mind and heart is a spontaneous sensual adventure that gives Life flavor. Give yourself freedom to relax and enjoy mealtime. The more you do, this habit of giving yourself freedom will snowball into other parts of your Life.

Priorities are private. No matter how busy you are, remember that you are not a machineTaste Life! Love. Embrace all the flavors. When you're clear about what you sense, the natural hum of happiness reflects in your eyes. Everyone can see it.

We, the people..

Sensual thinking is code for understanding and driving change.

Freedom always matters. It's clear that dignity and humanity balance the scale of justiceGrok what you are told. Anticipate with your senses to understand how things really come together.

Look with your heart to find answers that work. Solve the problem and make life easier. Turn over what you understand to investigate what's real. Participate. The truth is a powerful thing.
The people -- the people -- are the rightful masters of both congresses and courts --not to overthrow the constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert it. #Abraham Lincoln

Honor, foresight and courage wrote the Declaration of Independence and cobbled a system for humanity 241 years ago. Our system needs an update. It’s the job of the people, by the people and for the people to evolve the system and maintain continuity of positive innovative disruptionWe, the people - have the humane touch.

Step outside of the storyline and see things as they really are

Every choice you make matters. Don't compromise what you value. Instead, merge with infinite possibilities you can sense. Be brave. Stay fabulous. The future is yours to create. Use courage to look deeper and listen harder. It's smart to be curious and weigh options. Think for yourself. Sense justice. Do what feels right and keep your sense of humorStay alertChange that brings joy is usually unexpected.

Continuity is organic transitioning. This is a (r)evolutionary time. Justice and Freedom matter. What you choose to do can change everything. Being alive is the responsibility to Live fully. It's a balance of responsibility and splendor. Stay tuned to your humane touchLife is amazing.

Democracy is not capitalism.

Capitalism is an economic system that unintentionally rewards greed. Greed breeds corruption. Democracy is a responsible way of productively, efficiently working together for quality of life. We can create a healthy economic/political system that syncs with the eco-system of humanity

Change is constant.

Options and opportunities are unlimited. It's time to create a new humanitarian/terra age where balance, justice and freedom reign. We can upgrade 1776, and return democracy to a universal honor code.

We each possess a wise organic human touch of flexibility and balance. Focus on where you want to go with a fresh mind, not tied to dogma or commercial 'reality'.  Notice what smells good to sense code and stay clear about what deeply matters.

The Passion of the Present

Feel the electric music of the moment.

Major advances in civilization.. all but wreck the societies in which they occur
.~

The passion of the present is an open portal. It is a free zone of connection where communication, understanding and desires flow.

Think with your senses to roll with a free mind. Digest moments and taste anticipation. Stay in tune with dreams and values.

The music of change is breaking brittle limbs of cultural dogma around the world. We're resetting the moral compass with dignity and courage. Good times are coming.

When there is change we look to each other – whether we are 16 or 60  for direction. The responsibility of every generation is to remain in the present and lead from the heart. Intuition is ageless. Trust your beautiful heart.

Take time each day to honor your spirit by thinking with your senses. Simply noticing colors in your environment, for one full minute, brakes the cloying power of stress. The break may not provide answers immediately, but it will provide breathing room to free your amazing mind. You have all the answers. Common sense and courage are the bedrock of inner peace.

Respond to the electric drama of the present. Be passionate. Stay responsible and have fun. Dance with momentum. Shine your unique mojo and share rhythms of soulEvery day the music of living plays on. Be spontaneous. Stay in-touch with velvet depths of what feels right.

We are stretching out of the past and joining together through technology and innovation to be one dignified and adventurous heart. It's not easy. No matter what else is going on love, grace, forgiveness, peace and kindness dwell in the present. They are the enduring magic of humanity.

Stay in tune with the magic and you connect with the purpose of the momentBe aware of the bigger picture and your thinking is unlimited. Nothing is ever the way it has always been. Keep an open mind and you will be forever young.

Inner peace is the lovechild of patience and desire. Place your confidence in doing what feels rightConfidence and exuberance come easily with faith in the purpose of the moment.

Like a kiss on the lips, the energy of change goes both ways. Be present. Notice the full breath of what you sense. Touch moments with your inner heart. See truthCelebrate innovation that benefits all.

Look for justice and love while the music’s playing. Even when the music of change is hard to understand, thinking sensually tunes us to ourselves and each other with courage, dignity, curiosity and patience. With sensual thinking we thrive heart to heart in the present, in our homes and around the globe.
We're in the middle of a revolution.... everything's changing.  Keep the faith.
