Think about healing.

We are here to help each other get  through this thing, 

whatever it is. 

And when we do, it will be great. Change is not a choice. Transformation depends on timing. Our world needs to transform. It's time to think about healing.

Be kind.

Kindness can push through confusion, sorrow and pain. It is the bridge of compassion. Use kindness to sense the way things are coming together. Do what feels honorable and smart. Be open to insights. Healing brings change.

Share your smile. Lifting others makes our burden lighter.  Like social distancing, compassion is being kind without invading someone else's privacy. Kindness is dignity. We are all part of the solution. Speak the truth. For healing we must be good to each other and ourselves. 

The impossible is happening and we are forever different. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Courage, dignity and patience are powerful intuitive tools that activate answers.  

When you're falling, dive – then spread your wings and embrace your new perspective. You are stronger than you know.

It takes a  lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and the exciting. In movement there is life, and in change, there is power. #AlanCohen

Gratitude holds us together.  

Do you have food, water, a home, love? Focus on what you have, not what's missing. Time is our tool, our gift and our challenge. Use today to understand who you are and appreciate what you deeply value. Your heart holds answers. Slowing down is an opportunity to realize how lucky it is to be alive. Gratitude is power.

Love, strength and abundance are yours. Don’t be afraid of what you cannot do.  With courage, gratitude becomes purpose. Determination and foresight will uncover opportunities and victories. 

We are always adapting. Life is great and vigorous. It's a work-out of body, mind, heart and soul every day. We are born to evolve.

Reality tunes us. 

Sometimes we must bend and lie down; other times we have to dance.  Energy unites us, inspires dreams and drives change. Our world is transforming and when this is through there will be new understanding about health and justice for All Life on our planet. 

Notice what you sense and you will thrive. Stay curious. The spiritual side of you is a brilliant observer of who you are. It is your natural inner nobility.  We are here to help each other.

hang suspended

Spring is an infusion of love. 

Are you ready for Spring and the passions it brings? I am.

Today's energy has taken my heart and my skin  is vibrating. I hang suspended, reminded to kiss with passion and dance with purpose.

Dancing is not just getting up painlessly like a leaf blown on the wind. 

Dancing is when you tear your heart out and rise out of your body to hang suspended between the worlds. #Rumi

Passion's rise.

Spring holds us tight, reawakening our senses with new light, new colors, new life.

Every day it’s intuitive to text faster and search more. Technology trains us to be sensual and intuitive. Softly tapping your phone is where you find satisfaction, or you relax, reconnecting with the edge while playing a game or listening to music. Your intuitive mind is smart. It's always focused on your edge. Listen for the penetrating melody of love. Trust your gut.

When the edge is in focus, it’s easy to navigate change. You sense when what's happening – is not right or not enough. Use your mind to feel curious and uncover what’s bogus. Love is a level field. It's something money can't buy and power can't own. We are each made of love. It is the inner strength that bubbles through our hearts and sleeps nestled in the pillows of our dreams. 

When we love there is a river of empathy we swim. The currents of love are unspoken connections that rise like moonlight in our blood. There is rhythm, flow, blending and amazement. That's when opportunities for passion and truth emerge.

Forgiveness is the treasure of Love that keeps pace with heart and timing. Everything has a rhythm. Sensing the music is how balance happens. That's what makes life a sport. The only rule, is to Love.

Love between us is a bridge of trust that holds without confining and lets moments pass. Loving is multidimensional sensual reality. It opens our eyes, mind, heart and soul to simply be present. Make it a habit to notice Love and you will keep discovering more.
