Alone together.

The Subject is Always Love

Alone together there is a tenderness we share. So much is changing and still, love is in the air.

Sheltering in place, we reach out for comfort along electric highways. We find connection, defy isolation and keep dreams alive. 

Sensing kinship with each other and our planet, our hearts are awake. We're resetting the moral compass. Our (r)evolution is creative and transparent. 

Everyone is a unique facet on the magnificent gem of humanity. Our colors and codes complement each other.  

On the holy battle ground of life our physical, emotional and spiritual needs are the same. What unites us is stronger than what divides us. 

Isolation demands we see ourselves for who we are and decide who we want to be when this ends. Look around. 

Everyone who dreams of peace is a healer. Love is everywhere.

The golden ram is smashed.

The empire is done. Alone together we gather insights and watch programmed intolerance and vanity crumble. This change is good. Inequality, callousness and selfishness don't fly. Greed and entitlement are worthless. Life is great.

Realizing the system is broken drives us to see economic imprisonment is the poison dart of greed. Under-valuing human needs is insanity. We sense it. The truth builds confidence. Collectively we are moving far away from the bondage of arrogance and entitlement.

Freedom.

In the past, isolation was used by tyrants to silence people who challenged the status quo –– but that was before the internet. Internet technology expands and drives communication.  Thanks to the world wide web, we have freedom to stay connected. We can't be isolated. 

Sharing thoughts, feelings and facts with each other is the breath of life that fans sparks of freedom. Let it flame. In unity there is strength. Our power is courage, dignity and heart. 

Soul connections unite and uplift us. Feel the music. With gentle words share your strength, respect, dreams and fears. Gratitude is a sweet dance. Love is everywhere. 

The shift.

Independent thinking grows in isolation. We make observations like agreeing that the emperor is truly naked or that clean air is good for our world. We find our own agendas and remember each other.

Life is a blink. Virtually holding hands, we unite goals and dreams. Carefully surfing the paradigm shift with eyes wide open, we use courage dignity and curiosity to stay clear. It's a new world where vanity is hollow and integrity is exciting. 

The gift is a future that is ours to create. It's not easy, but it's glorious. Freedom to be part of a life shift that represents our time, our spirit, our lives and our values is priceless. 

People are beautiful. 

The spirit of human generosity is spectacular.  New ways of helping others feel strong and cared for are blooming. People in museums, organizations, small businesses and beautiful hero's like you are reaching out with kindness. 

Being alive is a miracle. Love, compassion and faith in the human spirit is our untouchable power. Survival's not about bravery. It's a state of mind. 

We're here together.

Looking For Answers

If you thought you were stressed 4 weeks ago...LOL

It's a new world.  We are the change.


The stress is real. We're handling it with incredible dignity and grace.  I am proud to be a New Yorker. There's an elegance behind the masks. People everywhere are adapting with kindness and courage. There is a calm peace. A kind of bravery is happening as we work together through social distancing for the greater good. 

This an astounding time of collective appreciation for being alive. We are adapting. The need to protect our world has brought fresh appreciation for good health and each other.  Common sense is kicking in. We're thinking about healing, asking new questions and looking for answers.  

Reality is an eye-opener.

Our courageous army, our jewel is every hospital worker, working the front lines, saving lives. The conditions – the lack of basic supplies like masks and beds – is a scathing reflection of the greed and vanity that a month ago, was the daily grind. Greed, like COVID-19 is an invisible virus everywhere that we can't see. But, we're seeing it now.

The stress of COVID-19 and struggles with the system are real. People delivering mail and food and keeping life's brightening services going, are stoic, thankful and awesome. People are beautiful.

Those who are healthy, have food and a place to sleep – know we are lucky. There's a sense of gratitude that is stronger than stress. Eyes and minds, wide open for safety and hope, are facing the sun. We know what we have to do.

The present is where the answers are.

Every heart beats a cosmic rhythm. Remember to feel some love. Your disciplined heart is constantly tuned to happiness. Listen, and trust it. Sensing truth with courage and dignity keeps the present in focus. Smile more to refresh your wild, stressed mind. Connect with faith in joy you can sense. Breathe deeply and slowly in and out, twice. Answers you need will come.

Survival is practical.

It's not negative or judgmental. Deepest needs are obvious. Let go of demands you put on yourself. Instead, to connect with new answers, focus on what you sense with your body, mind and heart. 

Empathy opens the window to soul.  We're feeling it. There is a new sense to protect all life.  Despite social distancing, we're sharing global values and private dreams. With dignity and self-control, we're working together solving problems and challenges.

Intuitive thinking.

Sensing timing or danger, is intuitive thinking. Our gut feeling is foresight that answers responsibilities and balances priorities. It's determination that points to opportunity, beauty and love.  What you see, hear, taste, touch and smell keeps the present in focus. Change is everywhere, every moment.

Whether you're looking for answers outside yourself or in your beautiful heart, you're adapting and transforming. Everybody's looking for answers. Some ways to dispel the stress and get down to what matters are:

• Talk less, sense more. Do what feels honorable.
• Really taste your food. It's keeping you healthy.
• Listen to music. Feel it relax your whole body. 
• Notice Mother Nature. Watch the sky. Look for signs of Spring. It's exciting.
• Dance by yourself or with your family.  
• Be silly.  Tell jokes. Laughter activates protective immune cells.
• Be kind to yourself. You are loved. 

Life is great.

Spring is an infusion of love. 

Are you ready for Spring and the passions it brings? I am.

Today's energy has taken my heart and my skin  is vibrating. I hang suspended, reminded to kiss with passion and dance with purpose.

Dancing is not just getting up painlessly like a leaf blown on the wind. 

Dancing is when you tear your heart out and rise out of your body to hang suspended between the worlds. #Rumi

Passion's rise.

Spring holds us tight, reawakening our senses with new light, new colors, new life.

Love comes out of the ground and is in the air. Passion exhilarating and surprising is deep and purposeful. There is a reason for everything.

The energy is warm, new beginnings. Like birth, it is raw, unfinished, full of potential. It is yours. Every morning natural reality unfolds with purpose. Sense what matters.

Evolve. 

Don’t be manipulated by what feels easy. Sense attitude, awareness and authenticity. Depend on courage, common sense and inner purpose to take things one step farther. This is the adventure.

Breathe.

Transcend negative energy with your twin powers of confidence and love. Feel them enter with your breath and grow inside. Energies of confidence and love are ageless and everywhere. 

Stay tuned to passions that feed your soul. You are hungry. Open your mouth, heart and mind to taste life happening. Wake-up. Dance with your naked heart. 

Rise.

The Edge

People are beautiful. Our birthright is to know truth, recognize the thrill of purpose, and have all the magic of love. Passion for these takes us to the edge. The edge is sharp and sparkles, and shifts with time. Navigating is intuitive.

Whether it cuts or excites, the edge is your reality. Think on your feet by noticing what you sense. That’s the foundation to build on to have peace of mind. 

Reality is tough-love. Take action that serves your spirit by keeping your eyes open and your mind alert. Trust your heart. Love is everywhere.

Some things are good to do, because they are good to do. Taste your food, be grateful, make eye-contact and tune to what feels right. The music of time is always playing.

Automatically, everything you sense holds your heart close to the edge. The intangible leap of faith called passion keeps us safe. 

Tune to your finest assets. Take chances, fall in love, get confused, and wake up grateful. The voice of your heart leads to purpose.

Every day it’s intuitive to text faster and search more. Technology trains us to be sensual and intuitive. Softly tapping your phone is where you find satisfaction, or you relax, reconnecting with the edge while playing a game or listening to music. Your intuitive mind is smart. It's always focused on your edge. Listen for the penetrating melody of love. Trust your gut.

When the edge is in focus, it’s easy to navigate change. You sense when what's happening – is not right or not enough. Use your mind to feel curious and uncover what’s bogus. A Time Like No Other

Life along the yellow brick road we dance without a map navigating between right and wrong. Without being asked, courage shows up, graceful like a knight or a princess, in shining armor.  We feel it like a friend.

We sense courage from the heart. Sensuality is enchanting. Curiosity is a noble passion and courage is pure sole-dignity. You have it all. 

Like a crystal in the moonlight, there's a glow  of change that's everywhere. Like a love affair that's over, pollitics has lost its' luster.  Pull back the curtain. 

Politics, like a sleight of hand, draws attention away from what really matters. Pull back the curtain and see what real. 

Today's needs are about humanity. 

 

Touch life like an angel. 

Moral courage lives in every heart. These are wild times. There is a new dynamic. Everything and everyone is getting rebalanced. Courage feels like passion. Mostly passion is soul. Trust your soul. Courage is dignity that only exists in the moment. Let yourself feel it.

Across time people have wondered, who am I,  “I am that I am,” the voice answered. Listen deeply to your heart, body and soul. Life is amazing. You have the spark of courage. It is a firm and gentle touch.

Self-respect keeps happiness in focus. 

It’s natural to crave freedom, kindness and love. Intuition is life-saving common sense. Courage is in our blood with attitude and passion. It is simple self-respect. Feel the flame. This election is about humanity. It’s about you.

Inescapable truths are not always pleasant. Knowing the truth gives you the choice to be courageous. The flame inside your heart is alive. It will always keep you warm.  Don't take anything for granted because you won't have it tomorrow. 

The social foundation of life is changing. Heart, attitude and action will determine the future. The beating of your heart is real. Let yourself grow. Breathe deeply and love the earth because this is your time. 

Change means everyone gets another chance. You know what you sense. Timing, doors, love, insanity. It's all happening. Notice invisible connections that sooth. Be kind. Follow what is humane. The beautiful thing about courage is that it's contagious.

Struggle builds energy and passion. Be patient with yourself. You are strong. Things that are natural are not always easy. Ambition guided with passion and dignity is self-respect. Be that brave and life takes a nice spin. 

Sensual focus is the greatest partner. Whether you are male, female or trans, courage is the irrevocable spurt of Life's elixir. Everything happens as it should. Patience requires a sense of humor and it makes space for focus. Sometimes the man behind the curtain is a fraud. 

We live through a maze of irony at the whim of time, space and luck. The important thing we have in common is our ability to work together for the common good. Choice determines destiny. Inner courage is insight that carries the advantage.

Choose love.

Love fans twin flames of connection and compassion. Dignity is power. Along the path of transformation, the road is lit. Sensing turns apathy to empathy. Keep your eyes, ears, mind and spirit tuned to courage. Thriving is the skill of navigation. You can move with time. The light you seek is always present. Kiss it on the lips.
