Looking For Answers

If you thought you were stressed 4 weeks ago...LOL

It's a new world.  We are the change.

The stress is real. We're handling it with incredible dignity and grace.  I am proud to be a New Yorker. There's an elegance behind the masks. People everywhere are adapting with kindness and courage. There is a calm peace. A kind of bravery is happening as we work together through social distancing for the greater good.

This an astounding time of collective appreciation for being alive. We are adaptingThe need to protect our world has brought fresh appreciation for good health and each other.  Common sense is kicking in. We're thinking about healing, asking new questions and looking for answers.

Reality is an eye-opener.

Our courageous army, our jewel is every hospital worker, working the front lines, saving lives. The conditions – the lack of basic supplies like masks and beds – is a scathing reflection of the greed and vanity that a month ago, was the daily grind. Greed, like COVID-19 is an invisible virus everywhere that we can't see. But, we're seeing it now.

The stress of COVID-19 and struggles with the system are real. People delivering mail and food and keeping life's brightening services going, are stoic, thankful and awesome. People are beautiful.

Those who are healthy, have food and a place to sleep – know we are lucky. There's a sense of gratitude that is stronger than stress. Eyes and minds, wide open for safety and hope, are facing the sun. We know what we have to do.

The present is where the answers are.

Every heart beats a cosmic rhythm. Remember to feel some love. Your disciplined heart is constantly tuned to happiness. Listen, and trust it. Sensing truth with courage and dignity keeps the present in focus. Smile more to refresh your wild, stressed mind. Connect with faith in joy you can sense. Breathe deeply and slowly in and out, twice. Answers you need will come.

Survival is practical.

It's not negative or judgmental. Deepest needs are obvious. Let go of demands you put on yourself. Instead, to connect with new answers, focus on what you sense with your body, mind and heart

Empathy opens the window to soul.  We're feeling it. There is a new sense to protect all life.  Despite social distancing, we're sharing global values and private dreams. With dignity and self-control, we're working together solving problems and challenges.

Intuitive thinking.

Sensing timing or danger, is intuitive thinking. Our gut feeling is foresight that answers responsibilities and balances priorities. It's determination that points to opportunity, beauty and love.  What you see, hear, taste, touch and smell keeps the present in focus. Change is everywhere, every moment.

Whether you're looking for answers outside yourself or in your beautiful heart, you're adapting and transforming. Everybody's looking for answers. Some ways to dispel the stress and get down to what matters are:

  • Talk less, sense more. Do what feels honorable.
  • Really taste your food. It's keeping you healthy.
  • Listen to music. Feel it relax your whole body.
  • Notice Mother Nature. Watch the sky. Look for signs of Spring. It's exciting.
  • Dance by yourself or with your family.
  • Be silly.  Tell jokes. Laughter activates protective immune cells.
  • Be kind to yourself. You are loved.

Life is great.

Everybody knows.

Everybody knows how to breathe. Take a deep breath in and a long slow exhale to balance your body/mind/heart /soul. Everybody knows how good that feels. Feel good.

We're living in unpredictable times. "Everybody knows that the dice are loaded. Everybody rolls with their fingers crossed.." #LeonardCohen

The power and responsibility to know joy and sense confidence is real. It's clearly intuitive. Sensuality is vibrant. Sensing is transparent. Everybody knows when someone's lying. Everybody knows when the answer feels right.

There's always more than what's obvious. Find balance, understanding and style by being grateful for Life. Breathe deeply. Listen for rhythm and soul. Love is everywhere. Life is amazing. Everybody knows the music's playing.

Sound waves are cosmic connections that get inside us connecting our breath. Notice what you sense. Intuition is your power of understanding. Breathe deeply. Everything alive breathes to find inner calm. Life is always transforming. Choose what feels honorable.

Intuition is the source of confidence and charisma for everyone. Your 6th sense is incalculable inner strength. It is a birthright. Use your senses for natural access to inner energy to look close, listen harder and grok what's real. Maybe you will find peace.  Maybe you will find love.

Personal transformation has global effects. You are energy. Sense your power.  Life has personal boundaries but energy is transcendent. Today you reach a new point of completion. Love your soul. Reflect with your spirit. Sense exquisite textures of being alive. You have already learned so much.

Jump-start confidence with a deep breath in and a long, slow, exhale. Be sensual. Let these simple steps change everything:
Look in the mirror, open your eyes wider and smile.
Touch your beating heart with your palm.
Taste the feel of comfort with your tongue.
   Laugh for no reason.
Satisfaction happens. Stay tuned. Constructive timing is consistent low-keyed preparation for what's coming. Passion is the exciting energy of awareness.

We are energy sharing a ride through light, sound, imagination and chance.

Choose for justice and love. You know so much. Pay attention to soul nudges. Honor your inner integrity. Always, you may ignore facts, but you cannot change them.

Everybody knows.
Don't judge strangers. Don't judge yourself.  Everybody searches for balance and justice with their heart.

The Bridge Between

Love is the bridge between you and everything. #Rumi

We are knocked off-balance by the senseless deaths around the world. Stunned by violence and illness, we are forced to reflect and question "why?" The answer is vile. We turn to inner courage for reflection. We search our character for intuitive cues to connect our thinking with personal integrity and love.

The heroic path of the heart.

Intuitive thinking is the heroic path of the heart that guides us with values, not with emotions or thoughts. We are navigating chaotic seas of change and upheaval in our world. Trust your gut to ground social fears and keep personal priorities in perspective. Feel the passion.  Dignity and gratitude are intuitive strategies that connect our hearts with harmony. Inner character is love that replaces fear with perspective

Love appears in many forms.

Self-discipline and kindness opens our eyes to cosmic love. We sense it as courageous and may call it: integrity, dignity or honor. With the power of love, we find balance and strength. We sense boundaries, responsibilities and rewards. Intuition is our survival instinct that brings courage we need, to trust from the heart. The subject is always love.

Trust creates Peace.

With the tragic loss of lives, there are renewed calls for peace and understanding around the world. We join together with compassion to heal. Intuitive boundaries of self-respect and dignity guide the way. We are walking across the bridge of change.

Cosmic love is a fragile spark that never dies.

Winds of courage, patience, dignity and determination turn it to flame. When passions of character are tuned to Love we thrive, heal and bring comfort to others. Let's send healing on wings of compassion around the world.

As upheaval happens, sadness, curiosity, frustration, tenacity, loyalty, courage, dignity and patience are ways to reflect, create and affirm strategies for good health, understanding and love.
We help ourselves and others by renewing awareness of the big picture and that bring us joy.

Be kind to yourself.

Be kind whenever possible.
It is always possible. #DalaiLama

Kindness is the touch of love. Love is passion for living that is everywhere, but you can only find it by noticing what you sense. Kindness sparks healing and happiness. Love grows.

You have natural charisma. Open your eyes, heart, mind and arms to embrace the future. Let love in. Noticing what you see, hear, taste, touch and smell will guide you to sense inner purpose and comforting balance.

Your 5 senses are remarkable intuitive connections that hold no emotional charge. Instead, fine tuning your senses links with inner courage that keeps you dancing with the beat of your heartFine-tuning your senses is a reality check

Life is big and unpredictable. Don't judge it by the size of problems you're tackling today. In fact, don't judge, instead do what feels right. Intuition another name for common sense. Common sense makes kindness a no brainer by keeping the big picture in focus.

How is your relationship with yourself? If it's on the back burner, piled under work, stress and social obligations, give yourself a break. Be kind to yourself. Break free from the habit of ignoring what you need.

Common sense. Intuitive attitudes of curiosity, dignity and kindness are 'common sense' that makes you more effective. Be sensational. Connecting with kindness invites good things into your life.

Forget total control over circumstances. Instead be open to receive what or who is in front of your eyes and ears.  'The universe has far greater plans for us than we could ever imagine for ourselves.'

Give yourself a chance to fly. Take a breath and imagine that you are spreading your wings. Now, stand up and take a very deep breath. Feel your whole rib cage expand and you will literally feel lifted.

If you don't trust or notice what you sense, your relationship with yourself sours. You lose contact with natural rhythms and the big picture. Things jam, fall apart, get lost or hurt.

Are the voices in your mind being kind? Thinking with your senses is organic relaxation that telegraphs self-respectUse it to let go of preconceived notions or thoughts looping through your brain. Think with your senses to free your mind.

  • Listen to music for 5 minutes. Close your eyes and feel the beat. Discover new energy and momentum when you open your eyes. Let yourself dance.
  • If the day's been intense, take a 5 minute shower before the evening starts. Be sensual and tune-in to your body. Feel the water tenderize your skin and you will find that you are able to relax and may even be smiling. By refreshing your body, you will think from a fresh perspective
  • Breaking routine is always a stress buster. Call an old friend. Go to the gym, do yoga or take a walk around the block to reset pace and reconnect with your sense of purpose. The breathing room is you being kind to yourself.
Be kind to yourself by respecting what you sense and you will feel complete. Here's how:
Take time to relax every day.
Tune-in to your 5 senses to find the spark in your heart
Respect yourself. Take a few deep breaths.

Everything you intuitively know is already part of you. There's nothing to remember. Let yourself feel some love today.

There can be justice.

 Je Suis Charlie / "I can't breathe." *

Seeking justice is our intuitive way of healing ourselves.

Justice connects with inner harmony. That's why injustice feels personal. It tears at us. We feel it. Around the world, injustice unites us to act. We are each angels with one wing, and we can only fly by embracing one another. #LucianoDeCrescenzo

Wanting justice is intuitive. Intuitive values we sense like courage, self-respect and tenacity bring mutual understandings that heal rifts between generations and cultures. Our sensual framework is where we find satisfaction.  There can be justice with values that are common sense. Common-sense like courage, humility, self-respect and kindness, is our  intuitive foundation for moving forward.

Common sense is practical.  Justice is an intuitive commitment to healing through understanding. It is not intellectual. Intuition liberates us from emotional and cultural tyranny to be in sync with destiny.

By respecting what we sense is dignified and just, we easily stay clear about and have presence to act on our priorities. Hear your heart's voice. See, hear, taste and plan the path to fresh beginnings.. There can be justice.

This is a call to action:

Notice what you sense. Everything we sense expands our minds to meet today's challenge. It's easy and powerful to feel  intuitive boundaries,  like dignitycuriosity and tenacity. This experience of sensual thinking is how we heal ourselves and each other. Thinking differently opens our eyes to be part of today's strategy for success.

Wanting justice is feeling what's  right with your mind. Reaching out to touch others, with your eyes, hands, ears or heart to make connections, is thinking with your senses. Look in the mirror. Sharing values is the intuitive way we naturally connect with ourselves and each other. It's the ultimate way of successful and enduring collaboration.

Like sensing justice, sensing dignity and curiosity connects us with common sense that automatically incorporates the power of the big picture. Justice has to be global  to endure.

The past is history.

With courage, we can see the past and choose not to repeat what fails or is corrupt. Staying in sync with change by thinking differently gives us the edge. Now is what matters.

Justice is a big picture with every living creature in the frame. With intuitive boundaries of dignity and purpose,  we can maintain our global perspective. We can to bring justice to our world.

Think with your senses. Feel with your mind. There can be justice. Let the healing begin.  #janebernard

"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." Martin Luther King, Jr.

*These quotes refer to the deaths of Eric Garner in NYC and Charlie Hebdo in Paris, France who were both killed heartlessly without justice in 2014 and 2015 respectively..
